Well, I've heard of a few places where pagan can hang out, especially in Long Beach. Commons places would be like pagan bookstores. Something that I've been noticing are Pagan Cafes. I've been trying to hunt down the address to some of these places and I finally found one . It's called the Garden of Pan. Sadly it doesn't looks like they have a website, but incase anyone is interested in the place, I do have the address and phone number:

I've never even heard of a Pagan hangout... my Pagan friends all hang around the same place, which is a bookstore. Borders to be exact. They have tables and such all over the place, so we'll just relax, someone wil have a cigarette, and we'll discuss stuff.

Huzzah! Rejoice one and all, for I come bearing great news, or at least it seems in my own opinion. I have at last had the opportunity to visit the Garden of Pan in Long Beach. It was a most spectacular sight. The paintings on the wall and the decor really add to the ambiance of the place, as my cousin Pockets can back my word on this. While I have only tried two of their smoothies, they were delicious and I want to go back and taste more. Great little place for any pagan or fantasy lover or anyone who wants to try a new atmosphere.

Milwaukee has some decent places. There are 3 pagan stores in the city... The Magick House is probably the best.. Milwaukee has a Pagan Festival every year in september that goes all the way to Samhain... it includes parades/festivals plus a LOT LOT LOT of workshops etc... Not a very big pagan crowd around here, but we try our best.
