This review is unfinished. I didn't know how to save it as a draft. I will finish it as soon as I can.

INTRODUCTION
----------------------
Wacky Worlds Creativity Studio is a small, interactive creativity game for the SEGA Genesis. The game was first released in 1994. It was made by Headgames, inc. and the credited Producer is Mike Larsen. This game is often listed as a Sonic game. However, it's more of a non-Sonic game that Sonic appears in. Tails is also present in this game. I'll explain their roles in this game later. In 1993, SEGA released a computer mouse controller for the SEGA Genesis. It was similar to the SNES Mouse. This game is basically the "Mario Paint" of Sonic games.

GAMEPLAY 6/10
----------------------
Wacky Worlds is essentially an interactive sticker book. When you begin the game, you start as Sonic driving a little flying saucer in space. Surrounding Sonic are six unique planets and a little asteroid in the bottom right corner. The asteroid simply takes you to the credits since the game has no end. The other six planets take you to different worlds for you to interact with. The worlds are Sci-Fi Planet, Fairytale Kingdom, Safari Island, Under the Sea, The Toy House and Monster Movie.

When you enter each world some of the stickers have already been placed and arranged to give you an idea of what the world's theme is. You can interact with the stickers in various ways. You can grab them and move them around; put them in motion; change their colors; or erase them.

At the top of the screen is a drop-down menu. When you put your mouse pointer at the top, it opens up. The drop-down menu contains sticker "books". The sticker book which matches the world you're in will automatically open. However, you can actually use any of the sticker books for any world. So, you could put a lion and palm trees in the space world or build a spooky castle under the sea. Some of the stickers are like building blocks. So you can build what you want instead of using preset castles and such. Tails is also a sticker you can place in any of the worlds. When you activate his animation, he will fly around the screen. Unfortunately, Sonic is not a sticker. He just sits in the little spaceship in the world selection menu. Two other classic SEGA characters appear in this game. They are Toe Jam and Earl. You can find them in the Sci-Fi Planet as stickers.

The gameplay is good for what it is. Everything does what it's meant to do. The controls work well, and I did not find any glitches. However, if you use a controller instead of the SEGA mouse, the cursor moves slower. If you're impatient, this will likely annoy you. Since I like taking my time when being creative, I did not mind it. They included many stickers from aliens, to animals, to machine parts, to bricks, plants, house appliances, etc. The game automatically saves so your creations do not disappear when you turn the game off.

One more feature of this game is the music editing room. It is a very unique way to make music. In the music room there are four funky aliens who play different instruments. They will play a set rhythm depending on the world theme you're in. You can try various combinations. For example, you can have two of them playing music while the other two stay silent.
