Mega Man has gave us a lot of robot masters. In Mega Man V the Mega Man franchise was introduced to alien robot masters called Star Droids. Venus falls in the latter is 1 of 10 Star Droid robot masters.

Background- Venus was created by Dr. Wily using Sun Star's template. Venus like the other star droids is made out of alien material so normal weapons do not hurt him. He was one of the first wave of star droids to invade and attack Earth.

Venus is loosely based off of a crab. He is also similar to Bubble Man from Mega Man 2. Like Bubble Man he can only walk on land by jumping or walking like a crab. He is part of the first wave of stardrois that attack and invade Earth.

After launching the first wave attack it appears he takes over a water treatment plant or a soap factory. Given how there is lots of water and soap in his stage. Venus is confident that Mega Man will be not match for him.

Mega Man invades his base and challenges him. Venus is defeated by Mega Man. His CD data suggest he is alive but it is not clear if he went back to space or if he still works for Wily.

Appearance- Venus is an egg shaped robot master and he can also resemble a crab. He is short and bulky and is usually yellow in color. He has a cannon on one of his hands, and a regular hand on the other. He appears to be wearing yellow/white shoes.

Personality- Venus is a very aggressive robot master. He will attack anyone who is not supposed to be in his base. He also can be arrogant but not as bad as his peer Mercury. In addition, he can be compulsive. He loves having things neat, washing his hands a lot in soap, and likes to clean himself several times a day. He also likes to dance in his spare time.

Attack- Venus's main attack is the Bubble Bomb weapon. This weapon is soap filled with explosives. Basically its like the Bubble Lead from Mega Man 2 except it has bombs inside of it. Venus loves to fire several bubble bombs at once. Despite being bulky he likes to jump around a lot. He will also try to collide with the player. He is also quick despite being Bulky

Weakness- Venus is weak to Photon Missiles. The Missiles do severe damage and can penetrate his armor. It will also keep him from using his Bubble Bombs in a spamming matter.

If the player defeats him they will get his Bubble Bomb Weapon. This weapon can be effective to get to enemies on ladders and on ceilings as the Bubble bomb can rise up to explode

He is very aggressive and uses his Bubble Bomb a lot.

Dislikes- Octopus

Venus not liking Octopus is likely because he gets mistaken for a crab and some octopus eat crabs. He also cannot walk straight on land and has to walk like a crab. This is similar to how Bubble Man on land has to jump like a frog when on land.

Venus is named after the planet Venus and that is probably why he is yellow. Venus is often believed to be a yellow color planet. Ironically in Roman/Greek Mythology Venus was associated with love. Venus is nowhere near that as he is very aggressive thus he does not have a lot of friends.

Venus also resembles Bubble Crab from Mega Man X2. In fact, both use a similar type weapon. However, Venus's weapon has bombs encased in it where Bubble Crab's weapon has soap but it is more corrosive.

It is not know if Venus being alien like went back to space or if he still works for Wily. He was created by Wily so its likely he still works for him but this has not been confirmed. This concludes the Venus Biography.
