Mega Man 6 had 8 new robot masters and one of those was Blizzard Man. Blizzard Man made his debut in Mega Man 6. He is an ice/cold themed robot master. Thus, like several Robot Masters he represents an element theme.

Background- Blizzard Man was created by a Canadian Company. He mostly had two jobs. His first job was a weather forecaster as he would forecast the weather for Canadian cities. His second job was to explore and serve as rescue in the Canadian arctic climates. He was also designed to have some attacks.

During the events of Mega Man 6 Canada entered him in the world robot tournament. They though his blizzard attack, and his rolling attack would help him in the tournament. However Mister X, who was really Wily, took control of the 8 robots entered and modified them to serve him in his latest scheme.

Blizzard Man built a base in the Canadian Arctic climate. He rigged his base with traps and even had a submarine in his base. It is not known if he put the submarine there or if it was already there. Mega Man entered his base and confronted Blizzard Man. Blizzard Man put up a fight but was defeated by Mega Man.

After the events of Mega Man 6 he made a cameo in Mega Man 7 in the robot museum stage. It is revealed he was rebuilt after the events of Mega Man 6. However, he does not appear to be working for Wily. Thus, it is highly likely he went back to weather forecasting, exploring and rescue.

Appearance- Blizzard Man is a human like robot. Although, his head is fused in his torso similar to Napalm Man. He wears an orange tobaggon with a white ball at the end of it. He has 4 gems on him that he uses to create his snow attacks. Sometimes he is holding ski polls. He also has ski shoes for feet. He is most of the time seen wearing Blue and white armor.

Personality- He is an expert meteorologist especially when it comes to winter precipitation and winter storms. He also loves skiing and has even won awards. He takes his jobs seriously. However, he can sometimes be hot headed and is known to have a temper. It is stated he can be shady sometimes.

Attack- Blizzard Man has a few attacks. He loves to turn into a ball and roll toward his opponents. When he rolls into a ball he can be hard to hit and the collision works in his favor. He can also try to dash into the player by skiing into them. However, his main attack is his blizzard attack. Blizzard Man will create powerful snow like projectiles and hurl them at his opponent. In some remakes of Mega Man 6 he can even create a blizzard storm.

Weakness- Blizzard Man is very sensitive to heat. The flame blast weapon melts his snow and disrupts his pattern by causing melting. He cannot handle anything hot. He also can be dangerous in close range combat. He is more open to attacks when fought from a distance.

If the player defeats him they will get his Blizzard Attack weapon. The Blizzard Attack will fire snow projectiles that surprisingly penetrate thick armor enemies.

Blizzard Man does not like snowboarding because he is terrible at it. He has a hard time staying on the snow board because his feet are built for skiing. He loves skiing and has even won awards.

He is not only an ice themed robot master but a weather themed robot master as well. He shares being a weather themed robot master with Cloud Man, Tornado Man, and to some extent Jupiter since he uses lightning as a weapon. He loves weather forecasting and that is what he is good at explaining things. As stated he is very good at combat though he can be too rough sometimes. That might be one reason why his creators entered him into the tournament.

Unlike some of the other Mega Man 6 bosses he only makes cameo appearances but it is not with Wily. Thus, it is highly likely he was rebuilt by his Canadian company. Also it is likely he went back to forecasting the weather and exploring as well as rescuing those in trouble in the Arctic. This concludes the Blizzard Man Biography.
