Since it is storming in my area today and since I am a meteorologists I decided I would do a biography of Elec Man. Elec Man is an element themed boss from the Mega Man Franchise. Ice, Fire, Water, and Electricity are themes in the Mega Man franchise. Elec Man is the first electric themed robot master, so lets learn about him.

Electric man was created by Dr. Light and Dr. Wily. He was created to provide electricity during natural disasters and to also provide electricity to power plants. He could provide electricity by using his thunder beam weapon. However, when Dr. Wily turned evil he took Elec Man with him and programmed him to do his bidding.

While Elec man maintained his leadership, competent, and intelligence he was now programmed to go on rampages. He was programmed to use his thunder beam as a weapon. He could also use it to shut down power plants. Dr. Wily at one time thought Electric Man was his greatest creation. In fact, Quick Man is even designed after him.

During the events of Mega Man One he started to create havoc on the world's energy supplies. Mega Man, who had not been taken by Wily, set out to stop his rampage and holding the world hostage.

Despite his powerful weapon and quickness. Mega Man was able to put a stop to his rampage by defeating him and returning the world's power supply back to normal. Elec Man has appeared or made cameo appearances in other games as well.

Physical Description- He is about average high as he is about the same height as Mega Man and Proto Man. He is often seen wearing Black, Red, and Yellow armor in some games. In other games he is wearing navy armor with red and yellow. For a helmet he has a lightning bolt symbol at the top of his head. He has very thick armor since he is an electric.

Personality- Elec Man was an effective leader as when he helped supply power he was good at management. He is also highly intelligent and can make solid decisions. He is also very competent. It is shown in later games he loves playing electric guitar. However, he can be egocentric in nature. He can sometimes think that he is superior. Therefore, he can sometimes come across as a bragger which can get on other robot masters nerves.

Attack- Elec Man has one of the more powerful robot master weapons. His Thunder Beam can cut through almost any armor. Mega Man and even Proto Man are shown to be weak to it. Both have to be really careful when fighting him. He can generate unlimited amounts of electricity. How much can he generate is entirely up to him. He is immune to electric attacks. He is shown to be very fast in battle and can be hard to hit.

Weakness- He is weak to the rolling cutter as he can cut through his very thick armor. However, he is weak to rubber products as they can stop or at least slow down his electric attacks. He even states this is why he hates rubber products. He is also weak to water as they will cause him to temporarily short out.

Height- He is 4 feet in 4 inches tall or 132 cm. He is the same height as Mega Man.

Weight Unknown- Probably over 300 pounds or 138 kilo grams due to his very thick armor.

Good Point- He is competent, responsible, and leadership quality.

Bad Point- He can be egocentric

He likes playing electric guitar

Dislikes rubber products and water.

Elec Man is often regarded as one of the first robot masters. As state his design has inspired other robot masters mainly Quick Man. Even though, Quick Man is not electric he is highly intelligent, can make quick decisions and is very fast. It is also speculated he inspired other electric robot masters.

Like most Mega Man characters he was originally designed to be good such as provide power, manage electric plants, and other things. However, after being upgraded, rebuilt, or reprogrammed by Dr. Wily he uses his powerful abilities for evil.

Elec Man appears to be a popular robot master as he has appeared in several Mega Man games rather it be as a robot master or just making an appearance.
