I think it would be a good idea to keep a list of Vizzed records that can't be found easily. For example, it's easy to see who holds the record for most posts or most CP by sorting the member list, but it's much harder to quickly find the record for most posts in a day. We can keep track of those records in this thread.

If there are any records that you've found, or if you break any of these records, please add them in the replies and I will add them to this post! I would love for collecting this data to be a collaborative effort. However, please make sure you've done your due diligence to confirm that the record that you contribute is actually correct.

When I was competing for the daily posts record, I was under the assumption that Leggy has 365. I could have sworn that my posts in a year was higher because they we're on my profile since those years, I'll recheck.

zanderlex: My source for the "most posts in a calendar year" section was the "most active member" top 3 in David's annual Vizzed Awards posts. However, this page does show a slightly higher number of posts. For 2015, it says 8,500 posts, compared to the Vizzed Awards page, which says 8,366 posts. I checked manually by subtracting your post count on your last post of 2015 from your post count on your first post of 2015... and got a third different number. 8,496.

The stats page had the closer number, and I used that page for most of the other records, so I think I'll go through and re-do the "most posts in a calendar year" record using that page. I don't know why this discrepancy exists, and I'm not sure what the "correct" number is.

I feel like I might be close to the bottom of the top 10 on most posts in a year, as well as points in a TdV. Not sure how many I had when I won, but I remember it being 450+.
I don't know how many I had in 2012, 2013, or 2014 for posts, but I remember I had a bit of burnout at one point. There should have been one year where I got 2nd or 3rd most active, behind zanderlex?

thing1: The most posts that you made in a year was 4,530, in 2013. You also had 4,273 in 2014. 3,134 in 2012.

You had 166 points when you won the Tour de Vizzed in Summer 2013.

166 can't have been my highest ever. But it wouldn't surprise me if I didn't crack 500. Once it changed from completely about posting, to CP being 2 of the jerseys, I never really had a chance after that.

4500 for my most in a year, in 2013? And almost 4300 in 2014? I wonder which one of those years I burnt out, or if it was a different year.

Oh well. At least I made top 10 in something.

tgags123: Using the Awards page is a good idea for a year in general but not for a calendar year since the year that David uses for awards is December 6 to December 5 so any posts someone makes on December 10 for instance would count for 2025 calendar year but 2026 awards year.


Edit: I did a manual count for me and got 8500 again for 2015, I counted how many full pages of 50 posts I had on my profile and then added the left overs from the two pages on either end.

I am proud to finally achieve something on this site, and will cherish my one, singular record.

zanderlex: That makes sense. All of the records should now reflect data from the stats page rather than the Awards thread, so it should all be correct. The only exception is tRIUNE's CP record, as I can't seem to get the stats page to show CP before 2024.

Ah, I remember that summer of 2016 so greatly. I was preparing my biggest project for this site, amidst a PC change and what not, and it was also a time where we were working on retyping the rules for game guides. Then I finally found the way to posting such a big project without breaking the site xD

It's impressive I managed to book a single spot on this thread. In terms of words, and knowing the words per post average most of the big posters have, I knew I would have some presence. Still, the numbers in all categories are insane, and though some can still be competed some will remain there forever as reminder of the good ol' times.

Furret: I wish I had known at the time! I was focused on breaking the wrong record (which you then demolished 6 months later lol).

RavusRat : I'd love to compile chat data but I have no idea where I might be able to find it, if it even still exists.

It's crazy seeing the records on here as they are all pretty unobtainable at this point with the exception of tdv which I knew I held 2nd most points in but I wad not aware that I also had the 3rd most which is funny cause the most impressive tdv I think was my 1st win which isn't even top 10 in points.

zanderlex: Added. Also added the old Red Jersey as well. Only went with the top 5 for each of them, rather than top 10, since those versions of the Green and Red Jerseys only existed for 2 and a half years.
