Tubro Man is a robot master that first appeared in Mega Man 7 for the SNES. He also appeared in future Mega Man Games. So what is Turbo Man's background?


Sometime around the events of Mega Man Dr. Wily anticipated he would get captured by Mega Man. So he had created 8 new robot masters plus Bass/Treble setting up the events of Mega Man 7.

Wily constructed Turbo Man out of one of his cars. He wanted a robot that could transform into a race car and have very high speed. Therefore, he created Turbo Man. Turbo Man has a hybrid engine which makes him fuel efficient despite have a souped up engine. Basically, Turbo Man is a transformer type robot master.

When he is in his vehicle form he can go very fast. As he has a souped up engine that is like a race car would have. When he is in his robot master form. He can produce fire as he has a built in combustion device in him. Therefore he is able to shoot flames of fire in the shape of a wheel. His weapon is known as the Scorch Wheel. It is capable of setting things on fire. Turbo Man can also transform into his vehicle form at will. When he transforms into a vehicle he will try to run over opponents.

Turbo Man is also a very good racer. In Battle in Chase he has won several racing tournaments. It is shown he has a friendly rivalry with Quick Man. As both robot masters are known for their very high speeds. In quick Man's ending he challenges Turbo Man for a race. Quick Man has a super fast paced race car and as stated Turbo Man can turn into one at random.

His strength is his speed. Being quick on his feet is his strength.

He dislikes oil and gas shortages. He also does not like Burst Man. This is because Burst Man's bubbles cause him to hydroplane and lose traction. Him not liking oil or gas shortages well he transforms into a car.

He likes straight roads this allows him to go full speed.

He dislikes crooked roads and bumpy roads. This is because he has to slow down.

His weakness is the Noise Crush. This is because the Noise Crush causes vibrations when he is in his car form.

Interesting Thunder Bolt does not damage him. In fact it super charges him. This allows him to be faster than he already is. It also causes him the ability to produce more fire.
