Today, I will be covering the game NiGHTS into Dreams..., a game made by Sonic Team. Yes, the very same people responsible for the creation of Sonic the Hedgehog himself made all three titles in the series. I must be perfectly clear, however: I have never played any of these games until May of 2019. That's not to say that I didn't want to play them, though. I had heard a bit about the NiGHTS franchise here and there over the years, but I never truly knew what the whole big deal was over it. Like I said, It was only recently I finally got into the games. But let me tell you, from the moment I set the game disc for the first game, NiGHTS Into Dreams, into my absolute favorite console of all time, the Sega Saturn, turned on the system, picked up the controller, and started the game, all the way to beating the game and watching the credits roll, this was my reaction:

*drops controller and gapes in awe*

"Where have you been all my life?"

It is definitely my favorite game series of all time now, triumphing over even the Sonic the Hedgehog Franchise. The entire franchise is just absolutely perfect. The game's story is just flawless in my opinion, much like everything else in the game. It is a truly grand tale of coming of age, facing your demons, and becoming one with yourself. If anybody who reads this hasn't played this game before and is still searching for something with true meaning, they owe it to themselves to play this game. They very likely will never regret it.

P.S. DO NOT EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THAT AWE-INSPIRING, COMPLETELY, UTTERLY FLAWLESS SOUNDTRACK.
