Speaking of the RGR plugin, I tried playing a SNES game with the RGR plugin for the first time in a while. I had made the switch to Windows 7 to 10, but that's the only thing different in my PC setup. I tried ZSNES and Mednafen with the RGR plugin, but all I get now is a black screen with the game's audio playing. Not sure what's wrong, but I have no idea how to fix it. Since the plugin is getting discontinued soon, I'm not sure if there is a fix, but I'll try to figure out a solution.

Seems like HTML5 RetroArch is beginning to work well, but I get framerates in the 50s for SNES games, resulting in choppy playback. Also, as mentioned in this thread, there are issues with N64, MAME, and I'm guessing other consoles for now. I'd also be curious to know if screenshots and high scores will work with HTML5 RetroArch, since those features were integrated into the RGR plugin. There is the newly-added feature to upload screenshots to RGR games in a method similar to VGR games, but I couldn't get that to work. Maybe I just need to tinker with more things.

I'm terms of activity and viewership, has it reached back into the pre database numbers yet or has that hurt activity long term?

Vizzed has 3 TB worth of games and 1 TB worth of music.  This site is free to use but the ads barely pay for the monthly server fees.  If too many more people use ad block, the site cannot survive.

We prioritize the community over the site profits.  This is why we avoid using annoying (but high paying) ads like most other sites which include popups, obnoxious sounds and animations, malware, and other forms of intrusiveness.  We'll do our part to never resort to these types of ads, please do your part by helping support this site by adding Vizzed.com to your ad blocking whitelist.
