This game has been in development for flash since like, 2009? Maybe it's only 2010. But after so many years, I wonder if it's even worth it. At this point, it feels more like SSB4 than Ultimate. And they add characters slower than Smash DLC. I understand that Sakurai has a massive team. But Mcleod clearly underestimated the undertaking he began back then. I'm not sure he even still works on it himself anymore. They'll probably finish it, in 2022-23 or something, but by then, we'll be talking about a potential Smash 6, most likely.
