EX Palen holds on to his lead.

For some reason, I got really lazy yesterday, either that or maybe I wanted just 1 point.

I like the 2 year idea. Maybe if the site ever gets active enough to have it every 3 months again, we can lower it to a year, based on the veteran activity. But I do like the idea of being able to win it again in the future rather than never again. 

Also, surprised I got the blue yesterday, and am now leading the Gray Banner... makes me feel old. 

thing1 : Yeah I was thinking the same thing about if it goes back to every season.

I'm almost off to a better start this month than last January... My regular activity keeps impressing me.

I probably won't hold off the lead after today, but we'll wait and see. I should lose rainbow to David, which would have been a good combination if he was still eligible for Gray (and of course the first time we'd witness such combination).

I'm creeping close to the top of most Red jerseys won. Doesn't seem like I'll have much of a chance to get more during this week, but I hope that during the upcoming weeks my staff role keeps me busy enough to climb a few spots on that list. I'm not aiming to win the overall, but if I have any chance of walking away with it (and hopefully just it, I prefer my username that way) after the 27th goes by, I might push a bit for the last days.

EX Palen : TdV can be really tough to tell on why would compete, because you have users that hasn't even started yet end up winning it, like take Pacman for an example, he didn't start until 1/3 of the way through TdV and end up winning the whole thing, so really, it's anyone's ball game, even people that hasn't even competed yet. With the lack of activity, this wouldn't even be farfetched to see someone not compete more than 1/2  or 2/3 way through and still win it.


Although my goal would be win the blue jersey because it is the only TdV thing I haven't won yet (although I haven't won White and Gray as well, but White will never happen, and it won't be for like another 1 1/2 years till I can compete for Gray), but since blue being the toughest thing to go for since I'm more of a yellow guy (quality over quantity), it would be more of a challenge for me to get blue successful.

well its day 4 and its gonna be less crazy for once, hopefully i certantly got knocked down from the list quite a bit but still hold  the leaderboards

It was a given I'd lose rainbow, and given how only one user would have actually increased his overall activity, I could only lose it to the user with the highest regular activity, which is no other than David himself. I don't really think it's an accident, rather it was bound to happen.

Not sure if I can get any points today, though I'll try to see if I can get something done regarding my role because my weekend could be very busy. Not like I'll be doing a lot if I end up doing something today, but surely enough to score given the overall activity.

Looks like we could go on to have several lead changes, so at least it will be fun to see different users infected by skittles

The spam by some people is ridiculous. I get that the board side of the site is not as active as it used to be, but you got to enforce your rules. 

This is why I kind of stopped beicng active and stopped posting as much. What's the point in participating if the rules are not going to be enforced because any kind of activity seems to be valued greated than quality activity? 

There seems to not be much competition for Red, so this could be an open chance for me to grab it again. I'm tasked with a few things in real life for the next days, but I'll try to set aside some time and think of the "weapons" I could have at my disposal.

David seems to be creating a small gap in Yellow, and that can benefit me as well. I want to win just Red this time, and Yellow always gets in the middle due to my wordy nature (and the most rewarding actions being based towards high word counts), so once there's a safe distance I'll have free reign to improvise.

Not sure if I will be able to win back rainbow after today, because tomorrow could probably be a slow day for me (like any Friday this month due to real life), but I'll surely reduce the gap with the lead to at least make this as close of a competition as possible.
