pls help me I'm playing xenogears in the epsxe. sometimes the screen goes black and i can't see a thing, but the game is still running. pls help coz i cant finish the game i cant see where I'm going.

1. try another videoplugin
2. maybe the rom is damaged...

id say its the video, either try another plugin, or try switching the video options around.

anyway i tried tweaking the video config and it worked! the black thing is gone. There's some minor prob, the game is a little bit slower than before, can anyone help with this???
(though not a big deal... but i ruins the game )


anyway here's what i did so that if someone has the same prob with me hope this'll help them.

* open your epsxe
* go to config > video
* my video plug in is pete's open GL
* select configure in the main video plugin
* set the compatibility to this:
off screen drawing : 1 minimum missing screens
Framebuffer texture : 1 (not sure about this)
Framebuffer access : 4 Full software drawing

well that's it but not sure if my method's right, but it worked for me. so hope i helped a little.
