I take a multi vitamin, a fish oil capsule and use a tablespoon of protein powder on my healthier choice breakfast cereal. I take a protein bar to work to have an hour before first break, I start to get hungry. |

I have in the past, big waste of money though  There are lots of nutritional products out that brainwash people into believing it will work miracles for them. For instance, fat burners... just exercise and eat right and you can save a ton of cash. I've heard that taking multi-vitamins can cause arthritis. You take extra minerals into your system and they end up getting put into your joints over time and causes arthritis. Not sure how true it is but it makes me skeptical about using them.

In the past, I was taking calcium supplements for a few weeks, but there wasn't any difference for me.
I don't think that people need nutritional supplements, as long as they have a healthy life style. They're just a waste of money, in my mind. I used to take Zinc tablets, back when I was getting sick practically every week  . I don't need them anymore, but they're still in the medicine cabinet if I ever decide to use them.

I don't anymore actually. I remember actually getting a cavity from one of my vitamins as a child lol. No one believed me, but, I know it did. I want to take them again, I know I'm missing important vitamins. |
