Heh, sorry if this isn't for your benefit, but heh, I think tht RPG Maker 2000 is way easier, you can jsut fix some other sprites with iDraw. maybe for 95 also...I dunno

Go into the folder of your game, and find the file called 'chara.bmp'
Open it, and you will see 64 sets of characters, each set containing 8 images each, 2 pictures for the right animation, left, up, and down animations.
The Sprites are of 256 color within 32 x 32 pixels.
