In the Underground of Goldenrod City where you can press the 3 switches the first one is broken in my version.
Switch 1 state is always OFF, even after turning it ON

Leaving and re entry, saving/loading does not fix it, so is there anything I can do?

That seems like it could be an important Glitch! I suggest reporting it to the site or updating if you can! I hope I do not run into that glitch. I hope it isn't game breaking.
