I am severely underused. I can fight and I basically am the best of my type. My Defense stat is higher that you would expect. You can't see me without the help of a friend. I'm as slow as a Snorlax. Hint: My shiny form is gold. Used by a Gym leader named after a flower.

Shedinja? It's shiny form is a pale goldish and used by Bugsy with a high defense in comparison to its other stats. However, it's got a speed stat of 40, not 30, like Snorlax, and it can only be seen with an evolving Nincada and an extra slot in your party (and a spare Pokeball).
The other one is Sunflora, which is shiny and has a speed stat of 30, but I'm not sure if Sunflora is the best of its type?
Which gym leader is named after a flower? The only ones that come to mind are Gardenia and Bugsy (maybe, but its stretching it a bit).

Actually, vizwiz got it right but sakura explained it. She probablly posted at the same time as vizwiz so she basically won since Viz didn't explain and he guessed more than one pokemon, even though that's not against the rules, it shows sakura was more sure the guess was right so it's sakuras turn.
