This is a thread to announce what you got for Christmas for 2025!

I know I've seen ones before and since no one else made it I'm making it!

I got a lot of clothes like so many pairs of socks and underwear I could throw away all my old ones and still have plenty lol. Besides that I got a PlayStation gift card which I grabbed some games on sale with, a few physical games from my mom and a really difficult Ohio State trivia book. To be honest my mom still makes me do a Christmas list and this year was really a struggle cause having been working until a few months ago anything I really wanted I bought already and there wasn't much random things I could think of to ask for but I'm happy with what I got, oh and also my uncle didn't have anything for me so he gave a random old wet bad smelling t shirt and a water bottle.

I got the flu from my dad, really appreciate that one.

No but I got new slippers! I really enjoy fun and comfy slippers so that made me happy. We've never been very big gift givers so it's usually clothing items, which tbh spares me a dreadful visit to the mall or a clothing store.

I forgot to actually post what I got for Christmas.... which as a Dad isn't all that much.

I got a new black hoodie which I've needed for a while because my kids keep stealing my old ones. I got some new work shirts because the ones I have are getting kind of old a worn out. And I think the rest of my stuff is chocolate and other junk food type stuff.

My daughter did make me a "monster" out of a Monster energy drink can. It looks pretty cool and I'm going to take it to work and show it off.

Other than that I didn't get much cause I'm an adult and don't really get much for Christmas anymore.

I got a new pair of earphones for my everyday use, which I'll use for the first time tomorrow as I head to work, a jacket I just recently used for the first time and a Back to the Future cup for my morning coffee. I haven't celebrated Christmas with my family so I only had presents from my girlfriend and his best friend who came over, and that's more than enough for me.

While I had wanted new earphones to replace my old and failing set, they actually gave off in Monday night so they were more needed than anything. The jacket is cool and works wonders, though only today could I try it after the very cold and rainy days we've been having thanks to a much needed clear and sunny sky.

We still have a local gift-giving holiday coming up early January so the list could grow a bit, though I sincerely need nothing else. I may give myself a present due to the discounts we'll have in January, not sure if that counts but the opportunity is there and must at least be considered.

I got a really sweet electronic piano that I helped pay for. I had piano class back in high school, but I haven't touched the instrument since graduation. Ive been really wanting to get back into it to learn more about music theory and eventually be able to sight read and improvise music.

Got $50 and also a new bed comforter and sheet set for my bed.

Nothing crazy.

Well I got a replacement Mouse pad and a new wrist rest (because I really needed those) and I got a few twenties in cash because my mother didn't have time to get gift cards. I didn't get what I wanted most though which was the Hollywood Suites tv channels just so I could get a chunk of the watchlist completed

I got a 58" 4K TV from my grandpa, and surround sound. And my grandma got me a Mouse pad and my parents got me a new phone. Best Christmas

I didn't get anything from the people I know. I traded in my OLED Switch and bought Pokemon Legends Z-A, Metroid Prime 4, and two boxes of baseball cards for myself. Plus since I worked Christmas Eve, work gave out sealed sushi boxes and bread as gifts after we closed.

I got a sleek track suit from my fiancée and some cash to put towards a new mattress which I am VERY grateful for. A good mattress is extraordinarily under looked.

As stated in my later post, we have another gift-giving celebration which we had just yesterday, and my cousin gifted me and my girlfriend a bottle of beer each. The bottle is beautiful, and the beer is aromatized with lavender. Quite a unique twist, we'll taste it soon and give a verdict before we decide where to put the precious bottles.

We also got money. We're at that age/time of life where we don't really want anything, so a bit of cash is precisely what we need to continue our lifes. Not sure when I reached this point, but here I am.
