Phantasy Star IV was the last in the Phantasy Star series for Sega on its MegaDrive/Genesis platform. This particular game in the series is heralded as the best RPG for the console and one of the best ever. The graphics and gameplay were seriously improved and the overall feel of the game is very top-notch. This mod makes your characters godlike so you can sit back and enjoy the story without having to worry about fighting so much.

What has been changed:
- Started each character out with maximum stats: 999HP, 999TP and 250 of the rest.
- Gave each character one of the best weapons in the game.
