The Punisher Coin-op classgame
Okay last one for the day. The next time Deadpool makes a movie, he needs to take Punisher along for the ride, because he's just as violent, but I haven't seen either film so...I probably don't know what I'm talking about here.
Gameplay and Story: This game revolves around The Punisher (Uh Oh!)* no not that punisher, that would be too interesting. It would have been funny though but probably not that exciting. Anyway he is out to avenge the death of his family who were killed by the Kingpin's henchmen (the same Kingpin from Spiderman?), so guess what he does next....that's right he goes on a revenge spree, and he takes Nick Fury along for the ride.
Graphics: ho is it ever graphic, blood, yeah we do see blood and all that stuff, but it isn't gory or anything, but it's noticeable we see the baddies explode and all that.
Sound: The soundtrack isn't really memorable but the pain of the people we fight is real we hear them ow in pain (who did that voice? he sounded like voice actor Townsend Coleman who voiced several saturday morning cartoon characters including Corporal Capeman from the second season of Inspector Gadget....and yeah the voice is similar).
Addictive: Well I did keep playing the game in one sitting so it was addictive enough to keep me going til the end.
Depth: This game has weapons that I wish that Streets of Rage had, Axes, guns, hammers, flame throwers, jousting swords, I lost count at the number of stages there were.
Difficulty: Well since it was the first time I played this game, it should have been hard but it wasn't.
Post Review follow up: You know I'm actually sorry that I never come across this in my hotel gaming days this was kind of fun to play and enough for me for one last review today (because I let Double Dragon on coin-op sit for too long and it ended up resetting and I didn't feel like trying again because I have so little time, and I never take
sleep for granted) and this concludes review day for me. See you tomorrow for my WWTBAM3 review
