Overall=7
This game can be very unforgiving,you have one life and no continues,you only real mercy is that you can buy power-ups at the end of a stage.
The controls are decent,but I cannot see his special move,a punch in both directions useful.
Graphics=8
The graphics are good and colorful,maybe not the best on the system,but it does hold up well.
Sound=8
The music is okay and upbeat,the effects are decent and it is pretty good,considering the Genesis was not known for sound.
Addictiveness=6
It is okay to run through,but once you beat it,if you can beat it,you have no real reason to play through it again.
Story=4
It is a weird world of roller skating gangs,mini clown signs,and skateboarders. Now in the arcade version it is even more insane,your boom box (portable stereo,I know,I am dating myself. This was before MP3 and Iphones,kids.) is stolen you have to try to retrieve it. You have all kinds of freaks coming at you.
Depth=6
There is no real depth,you can buy new powers,but it is just go to the right and beat the snot out of punks.
Difficulty=9
This is like NES hard for the Genesis,you have one life and no continues. You have to know the boss patterns well and choose your powers carefully.
