The "Theory" of evolution, commonly called Darwinism, has never been proven scientifically (that's why we call it a theory), Darwin himself called his theory nonsense in his own book "On the Origin of the Spieces by Natural Selection". Darwin was actually a racist man, and his theories about African-Americans prove that, he says that they were less evolved than the Anglo-Saxon race, and that they had a lower thinking and learning capacity.....Number 2, the Bible is not, and never will be a fiction book, and although there is some symbolism within it's pages, the bulk of it is literal truth, if you would study and search the scriptures, you too would find this. Just making a thread to get some recommendations on some supplements. Post what you currently use and make some suggestions. I currently use Whey Protein Isolate, and recently purchased and am about to begin supplementing L-Arginine and Omega-3 Fish Oil.

I drink aLOT more water that any kind of soda, or any other drink for that matter.
Occasionally I'll drink some flavored water, I only drink soda maybe once a week, if that much.

I am sick and tired of listening to the uninformed ignorant fools senseless bashing of President Bush. None of you have done any research and all you watch is the Communist Propaganda of CNN. If you would actually use the internet for the wonderful tool that it is you would see all of the things that Bush has done to help the country. Obama on the other hand has definitely been the worst President in the history of the country. He, in his first year of office single handedly increased he national debt more than any other President before him, not to mention the man is an idiot, claiming that he had been to all 57 states, he probably slipped up on accident and referred to the 57 muslim states.

Oh, and I forgot to include my cardio training. I try to slip some cardio in every day of the week mon-fri and sometimes saturday, that is, after my weight training.

This is my third month of working out, I have lost 30 pounds since march.
Last week I started a new workout program: Three-Day Splits, which consists of
Day 1: Chest, Triceps, Shoulders, Day 2: Legs, Day 3: Back and Biceps.(Add cardio every day if cutting)
This program will allow you to get the proper amount of rest each week before hitting the same muscles again. After all, proper recovery=more muscle built. I have noticed some good gains from last week to this week, I increased weight in all of my workouts.
Last weeks Bench press was 105 for 12 reps, This weeks bench press was 115 for 12 reps
Next week i may increase to 135 or stay at around 125. My goal is to be benching 200-250 by the end of the summer.
