Is it possible to mute a game window? Just the game window alone, not everything on your browser. I'm asking because I have a YouTube open and the game volume is really upsetting me.

I'm playing a game, Yu-Gi-Oh GX-Duel Academy. When I try to load it a window pops up saying "A BIOS file is needed to get correct behaviour." Not sure if there is something wrong with the game or if I need something on my computer. Please help...I spent Viz.
