Let my see thats such a hard question NOT! The most useful and helpful pokemon ever in the world would have to be the legendery pokemon of gen I mew! And I will also tell you why it would be super helpful... Its because not only does it know nearly every move in the world (without counting the move metrnome which does any move at random). Its also because of the move trasform because insted of just having to choose out of over six hundred pokemon just choose mew because it could BE the pokemon.

My best pokemon ever to my is lucario because its super fast, not effected by poison and its my favorite colours shiny and non shiny,blue and black (non shiny)and golden and black (shiny).

To my the worst pokemon ever in the world is stuff like Cascoon,Kakuna,metapod and all the other one's like that because they all do not have any legs or arms.And all they know is harden and if your lucky, string shot.
