Well I'm not really asking where to get the script's just what's the best combination of scripts out there for what I want my game to have. I know of some scripts I'll probably use but I just want to know what everyone here thinks is best.

Please provide link's if possible also just in case I haven't heard of it.

Now I remember why I never really made a complete game with RMXP. There is just too much I can do and so many scripts to choose from. So I want you to help me please.

I want these features in my game:
Battle:
Turn Based Side View Battle
Animated Battlers
Limit Breaks(FF7 Style)
Turn Timer Bar (FF7 Style)
Summons
Black, White, Red & Blue Magic (Learn Enemy Magic)
Menu:
Changeable Job Classes (FF5 Style)
Changeable Group Order
Other:
Capture Monsters (Pokemon Style)
Use Real Time for night and day
Weather effects

Can somebody please help me do all this?
Should I use Minkoffs Animated Battlers - Enhanced or Enu SBS Tanketai XP Battle script or something else?

I new to this site, that's kinda obvious though... anyway I came here for RPGMaker95+
and I'm going to stay because this site is awesome! I really like all the features of this site (watch awesome cartoons, play great games, neat ranking system, and a wonderful community.

About me:
I'm a 23 year old programmer. I just want to play with RM95+ because it's really simple and doesn't require a whole lot of effort to make an RPG.

Some languages I know:
Q-Basic, Visual Basic, C, C++, Visual C++, Java, Lua

Ok, I could respond better if I had more information on your problem but, I'll try to help... here it goes.

If you need to setup RPGMaker95+:
Download extract and run the setup:
https://www.vizzed.com/VizzedBoardFiles/Downloads/RPGMaker95.zip

FOR XP:
After you've got RPGMaker95+ installed download this patch:
https://www.vizzed.com/VizzedBoardFiles/Downloads/rpg95xp.zip
Extract it.

Copy the "rpg95.exe" from that folder to C:Program FilesASCIIRPG Maker 95+
and copy "game.exe" to C:Program FilesASCIIRPG Maker 95+SYS
replace the old ones.

To create a new game download this:
https://www.vizzed.com/VizzedBoardFiles/Downloads/newgame.zip
Extract and rename the folder [New_Game] to "the name of your new game" and inside that folder rename [New_Game].RPG to "the name of your new game".RPG

Once everything is all setup you need to run this file:
C:Program FilesASCIIRPG Maker 95+rpg95.exe

I still don't really know what the problem your having is though... but I hope this helps you.

Ok, I've been away from RM95+ for a really long time...
I got everything working for XP except the known bugs (Can't make a new game and no item type changing)

I am just making sure I didn't miss something.
There is no way to change the item type or magic type after applying the XP patch correct?
