Well that would be hard to answer, considering I've been in alot of annoying boss battles. But I think the most annoying boss battle to me was Mithos battle from Tales of Symphonia, you would think after beating him the first time the game is over, but noooooo he goes into a 2nd form that's even harder to beat, and by now I'm almost sure that your out of healing items and such..so it usually always takes more then one try to beat him. x-x
