I'm going with the Packers. I've always thought they played pretty well.

Robert7 : I did a little research on your problem and couldn't find anything, you might want to try the official Minecraft Forums. Sorry I couldn't help, but people there can probably help you fix it.

Robert7 : Creative mode is free, and it's pretty much a sandbox building game. There are no enemies, and there is no crafting, but you have an unlimited amount of building blocks. If you want to play survival, you have to buy it, or use the account of a buddy who has. (which Notch is fine with, he thinks it's actually good advertising)

My vote goes to Half-Life 2.

Valve really designed the game to immerse the player within the game's universe. The lack of cutscenes or FMVs really helps alot to establish this and makes the game really unique. This combined with the physics engine makes this easily the best singleplayer computer game I've ever played.

Sorry for reviving, but I didn't want to make a duplicate thread.

This game is flat out amazing. I love it. The game is in late alpha stage now, so it still has alot of bugs, but Notch is currently offering it at 50% off with free updates.

Website: www.minecraft.net
Notch's blog: notch.tumblr.com

A very glitchy (but still playable) multiplayer component has been released now.

Minecraft main component is it's survival mode, which involves being plopped into a randomly generated landscape. After you've spawned, it's up to you what you want to do (although every night, the living dead come to slay you, but that shouldn't be a problem.)

The game features fully destructable and rebuildable terrain, allowing you to dig your own mines and cliffside shelters. There is also an extensive crafting systems, allowing you to craft everything from shovels, to armor, to fences, to bookshelves, to jukeboxes.

I highly recommend you at least try the creative mode (which is free) or watch some videos on Youtube about it before making your decision.

I play my Xbox 360, PS3, and Wii all on a Samsung 21 inch HDTV. My PC has a HP 23 inch HD monitor. The picture is great on both of them. Before, I had a hard time reading the text on most Xbox 360 games, but now it's very clear.

If you play mostly by yourself and you want to upgrade to HD, then I would recommend a small, inexpensive one. If you play split-screen with buddies, though, I would go for a larger one, simply because on smaller TVs, split-screens can be kind of cramped.

Honestly, I don't see what the big deal is about this. It seems that America keeps forgetting that the group of people that we call "Al Quaeda" and the group of people that we call "Muslims" are two different kinds of people. I've had the pleasure of meeting several muslims in real life and none of them are the gun-toting, C4-chucking, anti-American people we've all come to know and hate. What makes me sad is that the muslims are really a peace-loving people and they don't wish for anything but the best for America, but Al-Quaeda has given them such a bad name that they are persecuted and considered enemies-of-the-state everywhere in America.

I'm not going to point fingers here but one person even compared a mosque to an actual terrorist base in this thread. That's like saying all Christian churches should be used as armories for the US Armed Forces.

TL,DR: Why is this a problem?

Monster Hunter Tri is great if you like action RPGs like the recent Phantasy Star titles.

You can't go wrong with any Mario title, really.

I recently got Punch Out for Wii and it's really fun. It's a revival of the old NES feel, but it also breathes new life into the game's characters.

As for WiiWare, I've played the PC version of Toribash and that's good.

Super Mario World was the first game I ever beat. I loved it.

I'm in the middle of my first playthrough in a long time, and I'm stuck at the beginning of Chocolate Island....I can't believe I've forgotten what to do...

Samus would win, assuming that Samus has around 50% of the items she could possibly have.

The only thing that Master Chief has over Samus is recharging energy shields, and if an overcharged plasma pistol burst is all it takes to deplete them, then a fully charged Power Beam blast would do at least that (if not more) damage. Furthermore, Samus has a missile launcher integrated into her arm cannon with the ability to carry ~100 missiles, while the Chief has to find a rocket launcher and he can only carry ~6 rockets.

...Not to say the Chief's hopes are completely shot, but Samus would have a good chance of winning against him.

In the original SSB, I liked Kirby. He was 1 of 2 characters who had more than 2 jumps, he could copy abilities, and his Stone move was very powerful.

In SSBM, I liked Young Link. He seemed like an odd choice for many players, but I liked his speed advantage over adult Link. Utilizing this, he could make up for the shorter sword range.

Lastly, in SSBB, I like Ness. His PK Fire is great for immobilizing opponents, setting them up for a back-throw, which in Ness' case, is one of the best throws in the game. PK Thunder is good for playing mind-games, as you can choose to directly hit an opponent with it, or go for PK Thunder 2 and hit yourself with it. His B-air has a great sweetspot, and his D-air is an easy to perform spike, which can be set-up using his forward throw.

I was playing Kirby Air Ride with a friend once when we both unintentionally finished at the exact same time. The result screen showed that we both got first place.

That is the only time in any racing game that I've had that happen to me.

I'm a fan of Koopas. For some reason, I always found it enjoyable to squish them, kick their shell and run with it to see how many enemies I take out.

Hello. I am Zanis. I've been gaming for as long as I can remember. I have to say, the selection of games here is one heck of a blast from the past. I have yet to find and dig up all of the SNES titles I used to love, but this website is going to make me love them all over again.

I'm 18, living in the eastern US, and hope to be a game developer someday. Feel free to talk to me about anything. I love meeting new people.
