I found this place in around 2013/14. some people don't remember this but back then flash games were starting to suck, and I wanted to play some Kirby and later Pokémon after seeing it on YouTube.

finding out I could play old games on my computer blew my mind! however I didn't know about emulators until middle school, and I couldn't find any reliable rom sites until about high school, so id still browse the rgr for translated jrpgs.

I'm technically gen z so I thought I could provide a unique perspective (a kid born in 2004 would be 18 now! )

I actually found the retro game room back in 2013/14 but I never knew this place had a community (I was too young back then anyway.)
