I also followed the instructions on this thread (https://www.vizzed.com/boards/thread.php?id=94929) (tweaking them to access Firefox preferences as opposed to Chrome preferences). It did not help my issue.

In addition, I have tested more emulators. I've found that I run into the same issue with SNES, Genesis, Game Boy, and Game Boy Advance emulators. The NES and TurboGrafx 16 emulators are different—they load and then immediately close.

When I launched Genghis Khan: Clan of the Gray Wolf (SNES) on the RGR, the screen said it was loading. Then the audio started, but the video did not change; I still saw the "Vizzed Retro Game Room" graphic.

I pressed F6 to take a screenshot. When I looked at it later, I saw a picture of what should have been the game video at the moment I took the shot, but I didn't see the game video when I shot it.

Then I tried a different SNES game and ran into the same problem. Then I tried the Genesis version of Genghis Khan II and ran into the same problem. So it's not the game or the emulator—it's something about the plugin and/or my system.

I am running Firefox via PlayOnMac.
