It sounds like there is a misunderstanding here between the difference of living in accordance to the will of God (seeking first the Kingdom of God/heaven), and the religion called Christianity.

Christ Himself, stated that His whole purpose in everything He did was to say and do only what the Father instructed Him to do.
He never operated out of His own will, but instead obeyed His Father's will.

So if a person wants to be an actual disciple of Christ (and I don't mean the denomination that calls themselves by that title), and not just get some "lake of fire insurance (salvation)", then they too would have to make the Father's will their sole purpose for living (seeking first the Kingdom), because that is what Christ did.
A lot of people who claim to believe in Christ however, are members of a "pick and choose what sounds good" religious group that people call "Christian".
Such groups build their own versions of God in their mind based off of the principles they do agree with, while abandoning the ones that they don't agree with, to fit their own will, instead of seeking the will of God.

As for why an actual disciple of Christ would say something were satanic, or not satanic, likely has more to do with the fact of "is the said item being discussed used for the glory of God, or to fulfil the will of men/the agenda of Satan (a distraction from the will of God)?".
For the disciple of Christ, to be a friend of the world, or to desire the things of the world, is equivalent to hatred towards God, and not loving God, because to love God, as Christ once again stated, is to obey His will and not seek one's own.
In Christ's own words once again "To deny one's self, take up the cross, and follow Christ's example" and to "seek first the Kingdom of God/heaven", to the point of being willing to lay down one's "life" if need be, in love and obedience to God's will.

I Hope that helps to understand why they would say to you that something is, or isn't satanic, however, as for why they would even bother to do so, seeing as the world is not seeking to do the will of God anyways, but rather the disciple of Christ is supposed to be focused on obeying God's will, rather than debating what those who don't want to obey God are doing, is beyond me.
BUT, if they are saying it to a person who claims to be a follower of Christ, and yet lives contrary to that, it makes perfect sense why they would say something to THAT person, because they have once again been instructed in the bible to correct a fellow disciple, but leave God to holding the world accountable.

A disciple of Christ would not concern themselves with blowing themselves, or others up, especially in regards to whether or not someone was obeying God's will, but instead a disciple of Christ would focus on following Christ's example and instructions (who was operating ONLY in God's will, and not His own) as He said to His disciples, "A new commandment I give unto you, that you love one another, not as the world has loved, but as I have loved you. By this people will know that you are My disciples, if you love one another."
NOT if you go around hating everyone who doesn't love God, or telling them what to go do with themselves!
They should share the good news of God's love with the world, while also sharing the truth of all things to hold one another accountable who are in Christ, and doing both of these things in love.

i'll list 2, although there were many.
these 2 i actually owned and not just rented or tried out because someone else had it.

x-men for NES and battle of olympus for NES.

both of these games had horrendous difficulty levels, causing them to not be enjoyable at all.
plus the x-men game might as well have been on atari for the awful graphics.
the music was probably the only reason it wouldn't be.
i often wished that i had the opportunity to rent these games before being forced to buy them for like 50 something bucks a pop back in the day.
the makers of x-men for NES ought to have been found guilty for stealing people's money.

Davideo7 : tried the latest version and it still wasn't working, so on a whim i decided "well, let's try it using internet explorer instead of chrome" and it worked.
i don't use internet explorer anymore, it's very rare that i do, but i guess if i want to use vizzed i'm going to have to, because for some reason chrome won't recognize any rgr plugin i try to install on it anymore.


there might be something that got turned on or off that i don't know about, preventing it from functioning properly, because until i installed 1.94 it was working fine.

Davideo7 : yes i did try that.
i tried a combination of things, but cannot get it to function no matter how i try to install or uninstall it.
shutdowns, restarts, and making sure i'm signed out of vizzed and nothing else running at the same time.

don't know what was changed in that, but it fixed the problem.

scratch that, it installed, but when i try to play a game it's not recognizing rgr plugin anymore.
i uninstalled it and installed an older version and it's still not recognizing that i have it installed

i'll likely have to wait until an update or 2 later to get this working correctly again.
won't be the first time though, sometimes these updates are just wacky on my comp.

having been through the Word of God front to back many times, i usually go through it these days in random ways to give it a little variety.
recently i read just the last chapter of each book from Genesis to Revelation, and currently am reading just the first chapter of each book from Revelation to Genesis.
i stopped at 2 Chronicles yesterday.
so, not much further to go to Genesis.

well, i tried out what you said bombchu link, but i'm still experiencing the same problem.

about every 2 or 3 updates to vizzed i tend to run into issues like these, so i'm not really surprised.
it's just a matter of time until i can get it remedied by others kind assistance, like your own.

While installing the new version of rgr plugin i got this . . .

When i tried again it just had the same problem again.

Any idea what's going on here?

i just found out about this, so i'm a little behind on such things.
the coolest feature i've heard about is the expansion to the tileset limit from the previous version of vx.
90 dollars is a hefty price tag too, but considering there is a limited audience for the software it makes sense why they want to charge so much.
however, it will take me quite a bit of time to set aside money for an item like this, considering it's not very high on my list of priorities.
that's to bad, but maybe i will be able to eventually get around to purchasing it.
i first got into these types of programs with the psx rpg maker, then rpg maker 2 + 3 for ps2, and purchased vx a little while after it came out.
i have worked on games using each program a little here, and a little there, over the years as a hobby, but have never completed a game to this day.
i usually wind up abandoning the projects due to lack of time to sacrifice, with work and family which is far more important.
