No it's the speed of you L-cache memory speed, Memory (RAM) speed and your graphic GPU speed. when you overclock your computer you either clock your multyplyer och your Bus Hertz so if you clock a 1000GHz comp with 200MHz bus to 1200 you just have to change your multiplier to 11 like in this case since whe are using 200MHz. but if you clock your bus to 220 you'll end upp in the same 1200 value, but instead you'll se that you'r RAM Memory will get 440MHz If dual-channel is active and then you have both CPU and Memory clocked.

Yeah Foobar has Opensource and can be edited to what fits you but who gives a damn when the only thing those programs should do is play music, and if it's the k-mixer that bothers you just download ASIO plugin for winamp and it'll be the same sound as in Foobar and sonique.... Heat? that is no problem for me... I HAVE clocked my comp several times to se how well it works. I have been to the top off DDR400 speeds of 492MHz and clocked my AMD 3700 (2,2GHz up to 2,7GHz at 2,6GHz my 3700 was called 4200
and at the same time clocked my 7800GT from OC 450/1.05 to 525/1.25.
When having that speed I tested Oblivion (1024x768,(Windowed so that I can se heat grade) HDR on, but no AA, Draw,object, tree, actor distance MAX).
30-50FPS outdoor and 40-60FPS indoors.
The computer reached 62C at most. The FPS went up 8-10 FPS in general.
But I prefer it non-clocked since it's always safer and more reliable...


Igbob85 May have the lowest spec but computers are as human in differences,two exact same computers can give way different speed, I remebered My old P2 MMX 233MHz comp, haha when playing Diablo 2 and Alien vs Preditor 2 it had almost 3 times more fps that my friends P3 700MHz he had AGP and mine had only PCI (primary 2MB card Ati rage2 and Secondary card(s) 2 Voodoo2 cards in SLI (yeah SLI isn't a new technology...) I don't remembered his card but it was as new as the computer.
So Igbob85's comp can be good in some things that aren't supposed to be good on it... but man you need more ram my 233MHz had 192MB...

RAM is about the most important thing on the computer exept for your VGA Speed, the speed in GPU and Memory isn't the only thing, the pipelines and other things are inportant to...
An overclocked Graphiccard isn't that special, it's like the differense between AMD and Pentium, while Pentium need more MHz that AMD etc etc...
A fast memory beats motherboard and HDD also soundcards should be non-built-in cards...

If I would be proud of my Tv-card I wouldn't type Low-Budget on it and for the monitor.... dosn't need any better can run 1024x768 with 100Hz and for those with TFT, Yeah you should now that CRT rocks.
Also "that" monitor has a max of 1920x1080 but it runs Oblivion in 30-50 FPS with everything maxed exept FSAA 8x cuz it's not neccesary with resolution over 800x600.
