Why not have a function that "closes" old threads?  We had when I moderated for Gameforge...When the mods determined that a thread was finished (their criteria, their decision), they CLOSED IT, and no one could then post in it again, no matter how much time had passed.  The members would have to open a new thread to engage other members on a similar discussion, but couldn't open the old.

Would that suffice in this situation?  (Just curious...)

Zoe says she wants to play ALL the Pokemon games here.  Ayieee!  I think you've helped create a monster.  *shakes fist at you*  On the other hand, I'm impressed with their collection of Legend of Zelda games.  We may have to break out a controller of our own and have a private tournament, you and I.

Vizzed.com is very expensive to keep alive! The Ads pay for the servers.
