Great game!!!!!!!! Hudson did  an amazing job on this one!

the graphics are standard for 1989. They are detailed yet pixeled.


the sound is great and the music is lovable

its not very addictive though but i would keep playing.

the story is kinda stupid its an astronaut named Apollo getting the force orbs from demons in the mechanical castle.

its has 9 worlds of 3 stages so its 27 levels pretty long for nes.

it has enemies going around everywhere.all the time.

that's my short review of xexyz.

my all time favorite Nintendo game.
i love the graphics they look so great for 1987 all the colors work fine. the ghosts look so detailed. Simon could use a face though.
i give the graphics a 9

the sound is amazing the music is my favorite part. everything sounds like an explosion. compared to zelda, my 2nd favorite the sounds are both really amazing but castlevania just barely wins that part. i give sound a 10

the story is unlike any other Nintendo game trilogy you are Simon Belmont in Transylvania to stop the newly resuscitated count Dracula.  when Simon sends Dracula`s head to the moon and he turns into some weird hybrid of the cookie monster and a werewolf with a bit of vampire in there. really cool but it could give a little back-story for those who don't have the box or manual. story gets an 8

the depth oh ho the grand mother load it may be only 18 stages but its so difficult that it feels like a longer game.
i love it but i never get past stage 5 with the Medusa heads flying at my face to fast to swing my whip.
i give the depth a 9

finally the difficulty. its debated to be one of the hardest games ever made the hardest part of the entire game besides Dracula is the hall before death himself. there are two knights throwing axes at you with Medusa heads flying everywhere. the controls are also a bit choppy

overall i give the game a 9.8 out of ten

I don't care about what anyone says sure the games has cryptic parts but just get a walk through online.

the sound is decent especially when you hit enemies its like a laser

the graphics are great but the mansions need a little more color its depressing

mario 3 is a classic game and the best of them all. the sound and graphics are awesome but the difficulty yikes
there is a flaw.... no saving. its 8 worlds it would take hours to play through the entire game.

ghost busters was a big disappointment.
it was too short!!!! only four levels if you don't count the shop and gas station.
the graphics.. don't get me started they don't even look like egon ray Pete and Winston. not to mention gozer looks like a naked statue with weird hair wheres the bubbles from the movies

even though the sound sucks the theme is a nice 8 bit rendition 1 problem... its the only song in the entire game!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the title screen voice also sounds like crud.
but to be fair its kinda fun i play it sometimes but only for the novelty for being ghost busters but its super frustrating especially the stair stage in the Zuul building
