virus16: Sonic Lost World

Mine is a tie between Kefka and Sephiroth.  Both are almost god-like in terms of abilities and both are some of my favorite villains in any game. Kefka is insane and colorful, while Sephiroth is cool and awesome.  By the way, I'm kind of getting tired of FF fans arguing about which is the better villain, I just think that it is pointless to arguing about something like that.

There are plenty of reasons why I love the Sonic series.  My love for speed, colorful backgrounds, great characters, and great music.

My personal favorite is "Believe in Myself" from the 1st Sonic Adventure, which is the theme for Tails.

"Live and Learn", the main theme for Sonic Adventure 2 comes at a very close second.

I would love to have that.  

I tried to play the Super Mario Bros. part, but it won't let me jump despite the fact that I did the configuration.  Help me out please?

My favorite piece of Mario music is Ultimate Koopa from Super Mario 64.  Tons of nostalgia from that piece, plus I love the use of the pipe organ (one of my favorite instruments).

Final Fantasy VII was the first game I've ever played and heard of in the series of RPG games, each different than the last, Final Fantasy.

Story: Your main character is a former member of a group called SOLDIER of the Shinra Corp., Cloud Strife.  Basically, Cloud is now a member of a rebel group called AVALANCHE, who is willing to stop Shinra from sucking the life off the planet, but little does the group know that a bigger threat is waiting patiently until the right moment has arrived, another former SOLDIER named Sephiroth, who is believed to be dead, looks to use a catastrophe known as METEOR to destroy the planet and become a god.  This game has lots of value on the story telling, which a lot of games fail to do so, and I love that.  The downside is that it's a little slow and not much action until you get to the end of the first disc.  9/10

Graphics: This is the lowest aspect in this game.  It isn't terrible, but it really has shown its age badly, even for a PSX title.  I know that it was revolutionary back then, but it is on the laughable side when compare to games nowadays.  The best part I've seen graphics wise was during the cut-scenes and the final boss battle.  6/10

Depth:  This game is HUGE!  This game was the longest game I've ever played, it took me at least 5 days to finish the entire game 100%.  I'm not a huge fan of long games, I just don't have enough patience for it, but the story was so good that it just forces me to finish it up. 10/10

Difficulty: If you don't play RPGs very much, then this game will be notorious for you.  If one is a big fan of the series as I am, then this game will still be hard, especially towards the end, but easier to handle the game play mechanics. 8/10

Sound: The sound in this game is really cool.  It may not be spot on from time to time, but it does serve its purpose.  My issue with it is that sometimes the synchronization will be off-paced and the sounds themselves can be ear-piercingly loud. 7/10
 
Music: No doubt the most memorable part of the game is the score.  The soundtrack is epic and beautiful, but there are only 2 pieces that I remember the most, "Aeris' theme", which takes place at the end of the first disc, and of course the theme for the final boss battle, "One-Winged Angel", which is what I'm listening to as I'm writing this review.  As stated before, the soundtrack is amazing, especially the 2 names I've mentioned.  10/10

Addictiveness: Final Fantasy VII gives the player an ultimate satisfaction of completing the game, but honestly, I believe that this game should be played once in a blue moon, the only way that the addictive nature will be bumped up is if there is a piece of nostalgia there, which is nowhere for me. 7/10

Final thoughts: Final Fantasy VII was a huge breakthrough of not only the Final Fantasy series, but also for RPGs in general.  This game has allowed the Role-Playing genre to become well-known throughout the gaming industry due its exciting game play, revolutionary graphics, and great music.  Final Fantasy VII has the moat memorable soundtrack of the series to date, literally every gamer that I know of has heard either the "Aeris Theme", "One-Winged Angel", or both at least once and have tons of nostalgia for these pieces of musical art.  All in all, with great story, lots of depth, and memorable music has cemented Final Fantasy VII as one of my favorite games of all time, even, as most people agreed, one of the greatest video games that has ever been made.

I love the WB cartoons of the 90s, namely Tiny Toon Adventures and Animaniacs. The tunes in the intros are so catchy and funny. I also liked the old Disney cartoons like Rescue Rangers, DuckTales, and Talespin, tons of nostalgia for me. Lastly, I love Sonic X's intro, the scenes are awesome and the song is very catchy.

Sephiroth is the toughest boss I've ever faced in a video game.  I was 10 when I encountered him for the first time and I got my butt handled, I was a pretty good gamer for a 10 year old.  I've never been able to beat him in the first one, but I did beat him in the 2nd one on 6 tries at level 42.

Akuma is my favorite.  That guy has moves and combos that are awesome to look at and his design looks really cool, really gives Ryu a run for his money, lol.

My favorite is Scorpion because he has the best personality and back story of all the characters

Defiantly the action era because of cartoons like Batman, Animaniacs, and Tiny Toon Adventures. I miss those cartoons, I wish those were back on air rather than today's junk.

Defiantly Super Sonic.  I like Sonic better than Mario, plus Sonic's super form lasts for the amount of rings he collects, while Star Mario lasts for only a few seconds.

Nope, never logged off, never will. I'm just a little too lazy to repeat myself trying to log in.  Once my browsing history is erased and clears the stayed log in option, then my default browser (Google Chrome) remembers my user name and password for me, so I'm all set and done.
