"Chill out?" Let's see, I usually go down to a certain bridge by a certain river near a certain public pool near my house. It's rather relaxing and I have so many memories of it, both good and bad. It's kind of like a part of me, but I usually only to there for two things. To be alone and think about things and just relax, or to meet a certain someone to spend time together(this doesn't happen nearly as often as it used to). In fact, I've already finished looking over most of the forums I go to, and they all seem to be in a 'dead spot' where nobody is saying much at all so I think I might just go down there right now.

This is some good information. I had decided to uninstall Firefox because it was slow to say the least. Now I might just go back and get it again and make these changes. I do hate Microsoft after all.

I haven't watched Inuyasha in awhile. There are too many episodes for me to buy them all anytime soon so I basically watch anything new that they have on Adult Swim and then wait for them to get more. I think I might try and acquire them through...other methods.

Huh? He can read minds? I've seen the first five episodes and haven't seen him do that once. And I don't know about them being played to real life. Some of it is taken too far in the sense of making them selfish. The politician was done well...and the girl, except for making her naked, which added crude humor to it that I honestly didn't find all that funny. My biggest objection was taking someone as apprehensive as the school teacher and suddenly making him all excited about killing something. Anyways, it is a really good anime still, but I haven't been able to get my hands on episode 6...

You could probably finish all the FF games in just over a month actually. You'd have to know exactly what to do in all of them, though. I remember my brother and I raced through FFIV to see who could complete as much of it as possible and finish the game. He used an emulator while I used the playstation version and it took only a couple days of real playing and we both pretty much finished everything except the extremely long things based on luck(ie the stupid tail...) and finished the game about the same time. Actually, I won because I beat the final boss and he died haha.

Anyways, there are some games, like FF8 that are really quite short if you play it right. Almost from the beginning of the game you can be strong enough to kill some bosses in just a few hits with Squall. And if you play FF9, you can try and go for the time needed to get the excalibur II, and even if you don't get it you'll have finished quickly. The old FF games will be the hardest ones to do quickly. I tried to race through FFVI and got to one boss that took me hours to beat because I was severly under leveled. But yeah, good luck. If I can get my parents to buy me a new PS2, I'm going to do the same exact thing with ya. Except I'm going to try and complete them all in the course of one summer vacation

Anyways, the book starts out with a decent murder mystery. You know who the killer is from the beginning, but reading about the interesting interrogation process and the evidence provided is fun.

edit: I figure I should put something relavent in this post. I know a friend who has suffered from insomnia since about 7th grade. If she sleeps at all during the night it's usually only for a couple hours. I didn't know until she told me though because you really can't tell by looking at her. But I know it's true because I've stayed up to chat with her online all night a couple time. Maybe it has something to do with school, but either way I think people with sleep problems need to try and fix them if them if they aren't working on it already.

I'm only in the beginning...nothing really related to the little contraversy about the book comes up in the first 70 pages or so since that's about how far I've gotten. I think more people should read it and come back later and tell their thoughts on it. If someone doesn't want to read spoilers though, they should just not read the thread...sorry if that sounds rude, because it's not meant to be.

Anywho, let's see if I can't come up with something. I'm new here and not sure what everyone prefers to talk about, or maybe I do. I'm sure debate is just debate and I can just throw out a nice topic. Unfortunately, not much is coming to mind. I guess I'll bring up the Da Vinci Code. If you've read it, what are your thoughts on it? I bring up this particular book because of what I've heard about it. I know this is definately going to bring up religion so that's fine. My mom is christian and even though I feel like she's read every book imaginable and hasn't attended church in many years, she refuses to read this book. She's says that most people she know that have read it are Atheist and that it's supposed to be really challenging to one's faith. I'm only a very very small way into it so I don't know for myself just yet. But I thought it might be interesting to talk about if enough people have read it.

I had a case of Insomnia for awhile. Often went like a day and a half with no sleep, especially around mid-terms and such. Depression was a big thing back then too, but now everything has calmed down and I actually sleep. In fact, I've been told I sleep too much(which apparently is yet another sign of depression...)
