Thanks for the response. Yeah, we found out that the emulator that I'm playing on doesn't allow for control set up and that the system doesn't allow video recording. It's a bummer, but it happens. Thank you again though.

earthwarrior : Yeah, you said that there is a button that says "record" for video capture, but I have the latest plugin but I don't see it. Is it only on certain emulators or where would it be on the screen?

mrfe : Yeah, I enjoy RPG's, I've actually never played Ocarina of Time before so even though it's an old game, it's definitely a new experience.

mrfe : It seems to work okay on Chrome.
earthwarrior: you were right, I was playing on the Mupen emulator and when I switched over to the 1964 emulator, I was able to change the controls. Bummer seeing as I have a save state on the mupen but lesson learned.

Thank you for the reply, and I do have the latest version (1.951) but when I double click in the game window, it does nothing. Could it be because I am running it on Google Chrome instead of Firefox or Internet Explorer?

Hi, my name is MarshanInvaders, I just joined today because I have been looking for a way to play old video games that I never got a chance to when I was younger legally, Which has been a real pain, as you could imagine, but then I stumbled on this site and I am in love. I hope to start working a project soon involving some of the games here and that I had some questions that I am having no luck finding elsewhere on the site.

First is control configuration. At the moment I am playing Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time and the controls aren't entire how I would like them. I saw that you have to enter the menu to change them but on my screen is tells me to get to the menu I have to "DoubleClick" and I can't figure out what to do. I figure I have to double click on something but I can't for the life of me figure out what.

Secondly, I saw somewhere, and I can't for the life of me find where, that you can capture video from the game but I'm not sure how to.

So I would assume that these are pretty standard things but I don't necessarily know. However, if there is a better thread to put my questions or a post where I can be directed to that will answer my questions, that would be just fine.

And I suppose that is all of my questions and my introduction. I hope that this website will definitely grow and prosper.
