Hmmm...my favorite video game would either be "Thrillville: Off the Rails", by LucasArts, or "WWE: 13" by THQ. In "Thrillville: OTR" you're the nephew, or niece, of Mortimer, inventor, and theme park extraordinaire. He appoints you manager of his theme park chain, "Thrillville". As for "WWE: 13", I mean I haven't played a wrestling game since I played "WCW: Mayhem" for the PS1, 8 years ago! So I'm glad to play one again, especially this good! I mean, you can make your own RING, for crying out loud, same with creating wrestlers. The biggest thing I've noticed is "Attitude Era" where you can play as the old-school wrestlers from "WWF", or "WCW", like Hulk Hogan, or Bill Goldberg! So yeah, those are my two favorite games, "Thrillville: Off the Rails", and "WWE: 13". Hmmm...my favorite video game would either be "Thrillville: Off the Rails", by LucasArts, or "WWE: 13" by THQ. You could've used a different color for the text, making it more distinguishable. Other than that, good review. You could've used a different color for the text, making it more distinguishable. Other than that, good review. -------------------- |

"Space Cavern" was released for the Atari 2600 in 1981, by Apollo. So let's get in to what makes "Space Cavern" a great Atari game. GRAPHICS: 8/10 - The graphics in "Space Cavern" are very colorful and flashy (in a good way), and very good for 1981. SOUND: 8/10 - Sound is pretty good, especially when you blast the Electrosauri (I'll cover them in a bit). Also, when you get hit and your guy gets fried, Atari and Stern used that sound effect when they made Berzerk for the Atari, a year later. The sound itself may take some getting used to. ADDICTIVENESS: 9/10 - Very addicting, at least for it's day, it's definitely unique for a shooter. So you control your astronaut guy with LEFT and RIGHT, you use the FIRE BUTTON to shoot up, where the Electrosauri fly, or weave, you press UP to shoot the Marsupods, coming at you from the sides. STORY: 10/10 - "You are in command of a Mark XIV intergalactic star-cruiser in an uncharted quadrant of outer space. You land on a mysterious planet riddled with a subterranean maze of tunnels and caverns inhabited by savage Electrosauri whose horns generate electro-molecular charges capable of disintegrating you and your crew. Your photon ray pistol is activated by the joystick and fire button. The iridescent eyes of the Electrosauri light the cavern walls as they stalk you, their horns crackling and sizzling. If even one blast of electro-molecular energy strikes you, your skeleton will glow inside your body as the bio-molecular compounds of your body disintegrate. WARNING: Beware the savage attack of shaggy marsupods." It even follows a similar story to another Apollo game called "Spacechase", I like that. DEPTH: 8/10 - With 48 game variations, changing difficulty, the patterns of the Electrosauri, the ability to steer shots, number of players, and/or the number of Electrosauri, or marsupods. DIFFICULTY: 6/10 - As you might guess it gets harder, the further you go. I mean, "Space Cavern" was made when you couldn't always beat home console video games, it's infinite. OVERALL: 9/10 - "Space Cavern" is an awesome Atari game, and a very under-rated one. Yes, "Pitfall!" was awesome, but so was "Space Cavern", it was also my first Atari game I got with it's ORIGINAL PACKAGING! So, I hope this review is better than any of my previous ones. My favorite creepy pasta story would have to be "Pokémon: Creepy Black", I mean, you can kill any trainer you want, at least eventually, if you battle them more than once. Even in 8-bit graphics, the Ghost's stare is transfixing, like your being possessed.

1. NINTENDO WII: I love how you can control what doing through motion with the Remote, even the Nunchuck works with motion sometimes.. It also has a vast amount of accessories the make games like "Mario Kart: Wii", or "007: Goldeneye" that much more RADICAL!!! The Wii is a very under-rated game console. 2. SONY PLAYSTAION 2: I've gotten MANY PS2 games for about 9 years now, whether it's "Taito Legends", "Fight Night: Round 2", or "The Omega Strain", the PS2 is just a good time! It was definitely the greatest game console a generation or two ago, introducing DVD capability to home game consoles! 3. NINTENDO GAME BOY ADVANCE: The GBA has been my trusty portable M-16 of gaming for 11 years now, you can play EVERY Game Boy title, from Game Boy Original, Game Boy Color, and Game Boy Advance! Granted, it does not have a back-lit screen, but there are light add-on's to it. It's basically a hand-held, backwards-compatible Super Nintendo Entertainment System! 1. Before WWE became big there was WCW, World Championship Wrestling. It had several games for the PS1, N64, Game Boy Color, and PC. "WCW Mayhem" was one of the better WCW games, it was released by Electronic Arts, on August 31, 1999. As far as wrestlers go you have categories of WCW, Wolfpac, NWO Wolfpac, NWO Black & White, Horsemen, and so on. "WCW Mayhem" was one of the first wrestling titles to have BACKSTAGE AREAS, though they were randomly chosen for you, it was still pretty cool back in 1999! That's a plus this game has, some other cool features include weapons, such as folding metal chairs, and the great announcers, Tony Schiavone and Bobby Sheenan. They make the announcers of modern WWE games look not so good. Anyway, as far as gameplay goes, the controls aren't perfect, sometimes when you try to get a hold of your opponent, sometimes your guy's hands can go through him. With Create a Wrestler, you've got quite a bit of options, clothing, accessories, theme music, nickname, body types, these options were quite a bit back in 1999. I like how many accessories they put in, that's nice. There's also "Quest for the Best", which is basically Career Mode, or Story Mode, which goes through different divisions, each with its own host wrestler. So, overall "WCW Mayhem" is a pretty decent, I remember playing it quite a bit back when I was 6 or 7, so I give this game an overall rating of 7.5 out of 10! -------------------- |

I agree, man! I've been playing "Zelda: Ocarina of Time" for about ten years now, and I don't see how anyone can possibly hate it. So, good review, keep it up! -------------------- |

If you grew up in the '90s, odds are you knew about Pokémon. It was a TV show, card game, video game, and it had all kinds of merchandise at stores everywhere! "Pokémon Stadium" was released for the Nintendo 64 on February 29, 2000, by Nintendo and Game Freak. Now Pokémon is a strategy game, for example: FIRE beats GRASS, GRASS beats WATER, & WATER beats FIRE. In "Pokémon Stadium" there are different tournaments you can compete in. The STADIUM has Poké Cup, Petit Cup, Pika Cup, and Prime Cup. Each of these tournaments has their own rules, arenas, but Poké Cup and Prime Cup, have difficulty divisions. Poké Ball is easy, Great Ball is normal, Ultra Ball is hard, and Master Ball is extreme. "Pokémon Stadium" also has Gym Leader Castle, which is basically Story Mode based on the 1st generation Game Boy games, after you beat all 8 Gyms, you have to beat the Elite Four and your Rival to get a Pokémon Present. Using the Transfer Pak, that comes with "Pokémon Stadium", you can play any 1st generation Pokémon Game Boy game. That's something I really like about "Pokémon Stadium", playing my Game Boy title on the BACKLIT bigger screen, without having to drain my Game Boy's batteries. Also, you can receive Pokémon Presents ONLY when your Game Boy game is plugged into the Transfer Pak. After you COMPLETELY beat ANY tournament, your Pokémon will be shown as statues in Victory Place, if you get all 150 Pokémon in Victory Place, you get a Psyduck that knows the move "AMNESIA". There is also the Pokémon Lab, where Professor Oak, grandfather of your Rival, can help you mange your Computer, Pokémon, Items, Pokédex, or if you have a friend with a Transfer Pak, and Game Boy Pokémon game, you can trade with them. If you want to unwind from battling, there's 9 mini games at the Kids Club. Do I like this game? Yes I do, granted it's harder than the Game Boy titles, but it's still fun. "Pokémon Stadium" may not be as perfect as its sequels, but it's definitely enough to hold you over for a while. I give "Pokémon Stadium" an 8.5 out of 10! -------------------- |

I was 3 or 4 years old when I got my Game Boy Advance, which I still play to this day. When I originally got it my dad got me first game for it, "Rescue Heroes: Fire Frenzy", by Vicarious Visions. As a retro man, I'm still happy to play old video games on my trusty Game Boy Advance. -------------------- |

My name is NESMan, this is my first Vizzed game review. "Gran Turismo" was a game for the PlayStation game console, and was released by Sony Computer Inc, and Polyphony Digital on December 23, 1997. It is the first of its franchise, is under the racing genre, and as the "Real Driving Simulator", it DID come before "Forza Motorsport". You have 140 cars to choose from, ranging from Acura, Aston Martin, Chevrolet, Dodge, Honda, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Subaru, Toyota, and the infamous British car company, TVR. The 11 tracks (note this was back in 1997) are High Speed Ring, Trial Mountain, Deep Forest, Clubman Stage Route 5, Special Stage Route 5, Special Stage Route 11, Grand Valley East, Grand Valley Speedway, Autumn Ring, Autumn Ring Mini, and an oval-shaped Test Course. Certain championships require certain licenses, "Gran Turismo (1)" only has three (they started making more when "Gran Turismo 2" was released in 1999). These licenses include B License, A License, and the very challenging International A License. Championships, also require certain car types, including region, drive train, models, and such. The game's soundtrack, both Japanese, AND American versions, are a big plus this PS1 gem has. You can also tune and upgrade your cars, as well as RACING MODIFICATIONS, this many being exclusive to GT1, is another plus. Racing Modifications not only upgrade your performance, but most notably makes your car look like a race car with sponsors and vinyl's. I think the only negative, or overlook that the game staff made was that the "Car Wash!!" in Simulation Mode, doesn't do much, if anything at all. -------------------- |
