The sane vs. the insane
The date is December 31st, 4599, one day before the war between the sane and the insane. A mysterious meteor crash landed at midday, right in the middle of the now gleeming utopia of New York. With haste, scientists and archeoligists were already on the scene. They broke open the rock, releasing a strange gas. This filled the entire city, taking control of every living thing.
A research group much farther south of New York had been developing special ways to contain the radiation in New York... all failed. But now, the perfect way of destroying this insanity... kill the population. An army is sent in from the center of America, all in very claustrophobic suits, yet airtight to prevent the troops from being infected. It was a harsh battle. Death could be seen down every alleyway, inside every house, outside every garden. Blood was strewn up walls, bodies lay still over the ground.
50 Years Later
A single force kept behind make there way in several Light-Planes, to finish the job started. Consisting of 300 battalions, they have been sent to destroy any other living things there. The gas has all moved into specified targets of the living battallions that first entered New York.
Uephripliumantine Gas
This is the name of the gas emitted from the rock. It is a living substance which takes control of a living beings body. Although the gas can only make the body do basic functions (move around, eat, basic fighting actions etc.), it can cause major damage when half a million of these come storming at an army with guns and numerous other weapons, now only found lying in the hands of the 'dead' people. Killing anyone with the gas inside them releases the gas, and it travels quickly to the nearest target. The gas must be torched while inside someone to destroy it, which is simple if you have either a flame thrower or
Magi-tek Armour
Magi-tek is a new form of armour. It is extremely powerful when harnessed to it's full potential, although only 1 proper suit was made, which is so far too powerful for any man or woman to wear. Instead, a much weaker form was made. This although reduced fees in creation. The suits have the ability to create elements used in the realms of fantasy, Like fire, ice, electricity etc. They do run on limited supply of power and take a full hour to recharge. Luckily they are equipped with weak solar accellerators which slowly restore energy will performing actions, and restore a slight amount more while no actions are being performed. The armour is very heavy though and limits movement.

Cadlithrium Armour
Cadlithrium is a material found on very distant planets. It is the lightest and the strongest material known to man, and is such a cheap resource that scientists have plenty of it to tamper with. Within half a year of this substance being found, it had already tripled in strength, with no weight additions. Within the next year, the weight had reduced, and the strength double again. At this time, it is such a strong material that only heavy arms forces (Like the troops getting sent into what used to be New York) are allowed to even possess it, and can only wear it on missions. This is the most widely used armour as it has saved thousands of battalions lives, although the armour isn't air-tight and cannot stop the gas getting in. Flame Throwers or any other fire producing weapon are recommended while wearing this.

Air-tight
This is made out of the first Cadlithrium found, so is much cheaper, but a lot weaker. It is mixed with a much more air-tight plastic though which stops the Uephripliumantine Gas from entering the suit.

Everyone who joins becomes a commander, and lead a part of the 300 men force. The entry sheet is as follows:

Short Bio: Alex was the tester of the first Magi-tek armour, and he still uses it for certain reasons to this day. He was brought into this war when he found his family was inside the city when all this happened, so he will do anything he can to get them and cure them.
