French toast crunch! I've only recently started eating it again but boy is it good!
It's not too sweet like cinnamon toast crunch but it's also not too bland like cheerios. It handles milk really well too, I have yet to eat a soggy French toast crunch and I use a massive amount of milk in my cereal.

Honestly the moment in gaming I regret the most and still vividly remember to this day is when I finally unlocked the third path on Sonic Adventure 2 Battle and had to skip the cut scene because my dad called me outside to mow the lawn. I realize now I should have just turned off the console so I could get back to it but I was in a frenzy since my parents seemed pretty impatient.
Although I guess I could always just look up that cut scene on youtube now...

Video games have had an extremely positive effect on me actually. Since I began playing them when I was literally in diapers, didn't actually understand how to play until I was three but I still held the controller, I loved them so much I dreamed of one day creating video games, but I thought it was impossible because making something so amazing and realistic and huge must be really hard (I didn't understand the word "teamwork" back then). Fast forward to high school and I find out that programming is actually super easy, my high school even has a video game development class! So I take all the classes and get pretty decent at programming, my friend is also a programmer though and he recently got a job as a programming intern. So long story short he lands me an awesome job when I'm only a sophomore and now I get to sit around on a computer all day coding websites, it's pretty awesome. And this is all thanks to video games.
Oh yeah and like "spatial reasoning" and "finger dexterity" and "reaction time" where all things improved by my gaming hobby.
The only thing I would say that came out of my hobby that's negative would be my tendency to want to play video games rather than hang out with other people. I had no close friends until I was 10 because I simply didn't feel a need for friendship. That's not to say I didn't talk to anyone though, I did, I was even on a baseball team when I was little, I just never connected with anyone in a meaningful way. I'm still partially like this today too, if I have an interesting enough video game to play I feel no need for social interaction until I get bored of it.
But honestly I believe this mindset of mine would have happened regardless of my video game hobby as I probably would have just done the same thing with books if I had never played video games. Only minus becoming a programmer and making money because of it.
So in the end video games ended up making me lots of money and possibly made me a little less social than I would have already been naturally.

Which do you prefer? 4:3? 16:9? 16:10? 5:3? I don't believe a lot of people think about this nowadays but why did we switch over to a wide screen format? I kind of understand the argument that it's better to watch movies on a 16:9 monitor, maybe even better for playing games, but honestly for everything else I find that I prefer a nice 4:3 screen. My current desktop is actually set up with two different monitors, one 16:9 and one 4:3 and I usually find myself doing everything in the 4:3 while I only use my 16:9 for watching videos or playing games.
Also as far as laptops go I feel they should at least still be making 4:3 laptops, the last good one I know of is the now 7 year old IBM T60 series. It's not a big problem for desktop computers since anyone can go find an old monitor or even use one of each aspect ratio, but anyone who wants to work on a laptop will be stuck using either a screen that makes it too large to be portable or one so small that you have to scroll every few seconds while reading a document at a comfortable font size.
What do you guys think about this?

I toss my N64 up in the air as I jump out the window and it hurtles towards the user below me.

SaphThePikachu : Let's see how sitting at a computer programming all day translates to this.
Saph the pikachu - Poop! I'm too used to spaces...
SapjTje{olacji - ...
SapjTjePolacji - My fingers must be off...
Sapthepikachu - Typing faster helped.
SapYherPikachu - Keep forgetting that H...
SaphThePikachu

So in the end I had to go back to the way I would have typed on a keyboard during that typing class I took... oh well.

Granted, but it only plays a random assortment of Justin Beiber songs.

I wish for an SNES with Earthbound.

So I was putting in my PlayStation console collection today and I got to this pretty awesome game called Thunder Strike 2 and noticed you guys didn't have it. I checked both the Video Game Room and the Retro Game Room but no luck.
I did google the game and found out that it was known as Firestorm: Thunderhawk 2 everywhere but North America and when I did search for that I found it in the Retro Game Room, but it was the Saturn version.

My favorite anime would be: Gurren Lagann because of the over the top comedy and it's memorablness, Hunter x Hunter because it encompassed the adventure genre really well and was sometimes really deep, Shiki as it's the only horror that has ever made me actually horrified, Attack on Titan because of just how good it is at getting the blood pumping, and Log Horizon because I love how they handle the world building in that show.

SonicFan22 : Yeah dude, I feel like I'm gonna have a hard time topping that one.

zanderlex : Favorite games would be: Super Smash Bros Melee, Pokemon Silver, Minecraft, Sonic the Hedgehog, and The Legend of Zelda. I'll probably end up playing mostly SNES games on this site at the moment since I don't currently own that console. I do have a little question though, as I'm not able to see it at the moment, does the advanced layout creator actually allow you to directly modify the CSS and Html? I'm a web developer so I kinda can't wait until I'm able to personalize my posts with my own code.

Hey guys! My name's Nathan and I'm hoping to start using Vizzed more. I've known about the site for the past 5 years but haven't really taken the time to get into it and enjoy the features. The retro look to the site is great and I love it but it does make it a bit hard to find where everything is at first.
A little bit about me: I'm a programmer with actual job experience, into anime of all kinds (just finished Hunter x Hunter, what a ride), and of course video games.
So that's it, see you guys in the other forums!
