Jordanv78 : I changed my keys into the normal f2 keys but nothing happens when I click them with the game open. Do I still save the game from the menu of the game? (when you double click the screen)

I just started too and it is doing the same for me, only instead of white screen after loading it gets stuck on the starter screen right before the new game screen. I have a Mac and wonder if that could be the problem.

I'm trying to play Pokémon red but it won't let me load the game after saving. I save from the game then the menu but when I load from the menu it takes me to the main screen but I can't enter out of it to start the game I saved. I use a Mac laptop as well if that means anything. Please help I really want to play!
