I consider Magikarp to be the comic relief of Pokemon. It's useless in every possible way, but you can't deny that it's kind of funny. That being said, even though its evolution is awesome, it is very tedious to make it evolve because you have to switch it in and out for every battle (unless you have the EXP Share).

Next is Luvdisc.

Farfetch'd is one of those Pokemon that I wonder why it even exists. There are already a TON of Normal/Flying types, and this one doesn't do anything better than any of them. It's stats are garbage, its movepool is horrendous, and that vegetable it always carries would be better used for cooking than a weapon.

Next Pokemon: Ursaring.

Zoroark, because then I can basically be anything. That, and he's my favorite Pokemon.

As for what team I would use... Off the top of my head, I'd have Zoroark, Lucario, Crobat, Goodra, Torkoal, and Meowstik. Zoroark because I love tricking people, Lucario for the sake of having a Pokemon that can Mega Evolve, Crobat for setup, and Goodra as the team spirit (yes, I can be petty, shut up). I also have a special strategy that uses Meowstik and Torkoal, but I'm not going to tell you what it is. So don't ask me.

I've always been a fan of co-op games, and I have a friend who's been getting into this series lately so... yeah, I'm definitely getting this.

That being said, this still doesn't excuse Ubisoft's horrendous E3 conference!

Arceus is broken. His base stat total is the highest of any Pokemon and they are even across the board. With the plates, you can basically make him any type you want. His design is also really bland in my opinion, and... really? God of the Pokemon universe? Mewtwo did that just fine before this overpowered space goat showed up. Also, he is the BANE of my existence when it comes to catching legendaries, because he is the one Gen 4 legendary I have NEVER caught.

The next Pokemon is Beheeyem.

Allow me to repeat what I posted on the previous page. *ahem*

Can I take a minute to say just how STUPID this thing looks? Sorry, but referencing your biggest mascot doesn't always work. Not to mention, it can only be evolved in very specific areas. That's almost as stupid as making Sliggoo evolve into Goodra while it's raining, but even worse because Probopass is wasted potential. Sure, its Def and Sp. Def stats are really good, but with no HP to back it up, and no real offensive game to speak of, Probopass fails at its job at being a tank. And while it's true that Probopass has eight resistences AND an immunity to Poison, its three weakness are types that are commonly used offensively, and two of them are 4x weaknesses. And why, why, why, WHY can it learn Toxic!?!? That makes no sense!!!

Next on the chopping block is Lumineon.

I had a dream where I was playing Pokemon X, and a found a wild Garchomp. At first I was like, "Eh, I'll have Sylveon breeze through it." And I almost did before I realized I was fighting a SHINY GARCHOMP. Lol.

It's... alright. Not one of the best Fighting-types out there, but it's at least useable. Sorry to disappoint.

Next is Jigglypuff. And please, do not say anything about Smash Bros.

Copy-and-pasting his way onto the 3DS, we have the glorious Kirby: Triple Deluxe. I say copy and pasting, because this game reuses a lot of elements from past games. I mean not only do we have the exact same artstyle from Return to Dreamland, but several boss fights are also recycled with a few changes made to them. But this is really just a minor nitpick that may or may not even matter. But now, onto the reasons why Triple Deluxe is a good game.
First, we have the presentation. There's nothing really to fault here. The game looks really nice, using a lot of vibrant colors and some impressive 3D visuals that really make it stand out. Think what would happen if you took Return to Dreamland, turned up the brightness a little, and then stuck it on a handheld. The music is also really great, using a wide variety of instruments while still maintaining that charming Kirby-ish feel. It's beautiful.
Like the presentation, the gameplay is flawless as well. While it is fairly standard, the new features introduced take full advantage of the capabilities of the 3DS, like having you switch between the background and the foreground, as well as using features like the gyroscope for solving puzzles.?But we all know what really makes a Kirby game, right? The Copy Abilities. There's your standard stuff like your Fire, Ice, Sword, Spark, and what have you, but this game also added five new Copy Abilities to Kirby's arsenal: Beetle, which for some reason reminds me of Heracross every time I use it; Bell, the closest thing we'll ever get to a good sound-based ability; Archer, which is deadly at long-range, but not very effective close up; and Circus, a very awkward ability that attacks using stuff like balance balls and juggling pins. And then there is the pure epicness that is the Hypernova Ability. This ability amplifies Kirby's sucking powers a hundredfold, allowing him to move heavy objects, and suck up huge enemies and obstacles. All of these abilities, except for Circus, are well integrated into the game, and useful both in combat and for solving puzzles.
Outside of the main game, there are also two new modes that were apparently so good that they're getting turned into their own games. Kirby Fighters, where you take a single Copy Ability and duke it out against up to three other players in... well, a fighting game. If you've played Super Smash Bros., which I'm sure you probably have, then it's a lot like that. My only disappointment with this mode is that there's no online play. Hey, Nintendo? You missed a big opportunity here! The second mode is Dedede Drum Dash, AKA one of the most hair-pulling modes in the entire franchise. This little rhythm game has five songs, all remixes of fan-favorite Kirby songs. While the music is awesome, this can be a very frustrating mode that really tests your skills, patience, and sanity. It took many one-more-try moments for me to finally beat all of the songs with a Platinum rank.
As for the boss battles, they're sort of middle of the road. You have great battles like Masked Dedede, Dark Meta Knight, and the final battle against Queen Sectonia, but then you have annoying ones like the battles against Coily Rattler and ESPECIALLY Pyribbit, AKA the boss that drove even X2 crazy.
X2: JUST GET OVER HERE AND LET ME KILL YOU ALREADY YOU STUPID STUPID FROG!!!
Don't worry about him, he'll be fine.
Overall, Kirby: Triple Deluxe is a really good game. It's not my favorite Kirby game, my favorites are Return to Dreamland and Super Star Ultra, but it's definitely up there.

When people think about the best Mario game on the DS, a lot of people think New Super Mario Bros., Super Mario 64 DS, or Mario Kart DS. But for me, the greatest Mario game on the DS is none other than Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story. This game is just plain awesome, but let's cut the fanboying for a minute and get on to my justification.

I guess the reason why I like the Mario & Luigi series is that each of them has something that makes each of them different in terms of gameplay, and Bowser's Inside Story has you being able to take control of the King of the Koopas himself, Bowser. Funny enough, the title of the game is very fitting, as despite this being a Mario & Luigi game, this really is Bowser's story. You'll end up playing as Bowser for a majority of the game, him differing from the Mario Bros. in having ridiculous attack and defense stats, at the cost of a really low speed stat and only having one attack per turn, and being able to use his fire breath and huge strength in the overworld to allow exploration. Of course, on top of that, you have the role of the Mario Bros. who explore the insides of Bowser's body, augmenting his abilities from the inside, and helping Bowser in their mutual goal of stopping the old, yet new threat to the Mushroom Kingdom. You might not know who he is, but if you don't know, you'd be STUPID (just kidding), because he's the master of fury *ahem* pardon me... master of CHORTLES: Lord Fawful. The fan-favorite sidekick to the sorcerer Cackletta takes to the stage in his main villainous role that practically no one has ever been able to forget. So many awesome moments of pure villainy and great comedy that I love so much.

In terms of the presentation, there's really nothing to fault. The pixel art is spectacularly well done, having a great amount of detail, and a very well designed and fleshed out artstyle. Everything is really well-designed and has plenty of charm, energy, and life to keep pretty much everyone interested. For the music, there are so many memorable tracks, like the normal boss theme, the final boss theme, Deep Castle, and strangely one of my favorites, the minigame music. I don't know why, it just manages to stick with me. The soundtrack has all of these fantastic pieces, but the rest of the music is high-standard as well. There really is no piece of music that I don't like in this game. And of course, like every Mario & Luigi game, the comedy is fantastic. You of course have Lord Fawful himself, pulling some great lines, but you also have Bowser just being a lovable jerkface, Luigi with his usual clumsiness and cowardice, and so many other great characters that really get a laugh out of the player.

However, there are some things about Bowser's Inside Story that I have to nitpick. For one, as much as it is awesome to see Fawful taking on the starring role as the villain, a really good villain, at that... I just don't find him as entertaining as I did when he was just a sidekick. I mean, him saying "chortles" instead of "fury" always kind of irked me a little. I also found that while the giant battles are awesome, I always have trouble getting the fire breath to work properly, making some of the bosses annoying, and the fight against the Fawful Express almost impossible and very infuriating. But while these two are nitpicks, my big problem with it immediately stops this game from being rated higher. I HATE THE LAST-MINUTE VILLAIN! Despite for 90 percent of the game, you have the unique, lovable, insane, and amazingly competent villain Fawful starring as the villain, he is literally cast aside and made minor at the very end, so that a generic, bland, plain as white bread, RANDOM copycat can take his place! He's uninteresting, comes pretty much out of nowhere, and steals the spotlight from an amazing villain! Oh, well, at least the boss fight is pretty good.

At the end of the day, Bowser's Inside Story is an amazing, well-designed, and lovable game. There are just a few things halting it from being the best Mario game in my opinion. That title would go to Super Mario Galaxy. No, that will not be the next game I review. Sorry to disappoint. Anyway, what do you think of this game?

The characters in this game don't have feet during gameplay. 0 out of 10. (I'm joking, okay?)

The only thing that bugged me was you spoiling a certain plot point in the story, but other than that, it was great. But if this isn't your favorite Fire Emblem game, then which one?

I'm going to list off what I think is the easiest Robot Master to beat from Megaman 1-7.

Megaman 1: Cut Man.
The level before builds him up to be incredibly tough. I died on a constant basis while playing through his stage, but when I got to him, I almost instantly figured out the pattern for dodging his Rolling Cutter and then blasting him in the head. Also, you can kill him in just TWO HITS with the Super Arm.

Megaman 2: Flash Man.
It's no secret that the Metal Blades pwn EVERYTHING. Minor enemies, Wood Man, Bubble Man, Metal Man himself, and oh yeah. FLASH MAN. If you go into the rematch with the Metal Blades equipped, Flash Man will die without you having to move once. Even on Difficult mode.

Megaman 3: Top Man.
When you think of Top Man, you just have to ask. What's the point? Aside from being pointless, he has a really predictable fight. All you have to do is shoot him or bash him with the Hard Knuckle, dodge his tops, then jump over him, repeat. Knuckle, dodge, jump. Knuckle, dodge, jump. Knuckle, dodge, YOU GET THE POINT.

Megaman 4: Toad Man.
Like Cut Man, Toad Man's stage builds him up to be a difficult boss, but it's the exact opposite. Aside from his only attack being the Rain Flush, he'll never use it if you keep hitting him. In fact, you can actually lock him into a pattern where he'll do nothing but hop around like a moron. Anyone for frog legs?

Megaman 5: Star Man.
Only attack is the Star Barrier, it's easy to jump over due to the space gravity of the chamber, next game.

Megaman 6: Plant Man.
This guy is so predictable that even GLASS JOE could beat him in a fight. No kidding. In fact, it can summed up in four words. Barrier, jump, throw, charge. Repeat until dead.

Megaman 7: Junk Man.
Megaman 7's Robot Masters are actually quite tough. Junk Man's really the only one I found relatively easy. The Thunderbolt pretty much destroys him, and he doesn't have a ton of HP either, so... yeah.

The Wii was the console that I myself grew up playing. I have tons of memories with this console. So when I heard that the Wii-U was coming out, I was hyped beyond belief. Let me tell you, Nintendo really knows how to innovated. While some write off the tablet controllers as stupid and gimmicky, I really liked their creativity, and at least most games give you an option to use a standard Wii Remote (and Nunchuk) or a Pro Controller. Except for the tech-demos, but nobody plays those for longer than three hours anyway. And when I heard that I could play my old Wii games on my Wii-U? *fangasm*
Also, those of you who keep saying that the Wii-U doesn't have any games of its own, have you actually looked ANYWHERE past the abysmal launch library? If I had to complain about one thing, it's that the marketing team did a horrendous job of selling the console. Let's face it, the name "Wii-U" is by FAR the worst name they've come up with for a console. And no, I don't count the New 3DS.
The Wii-U is awesome. If you're regretting purchasing one, or haven't purchased one yet, let's just say your justification is coming soon. *cough* Smash Bros. *cough*

Also, anything from Capcom that doesn't start with the letter S. If I see another Street Fighter game released by the end of 2015, I will not play this series.

GIVE US A NEW MEGAMAN GAME, YOU QUACKS!

This rumor is only slightly more believable than the possibility of my computer running smoothly (which is very, very, very low). Do I even need to SAY anything about how stupid this is? You'd have to be as stupid as Nintendo's marketing team to even think about doing this! I seriously don't think we need this, and I'm sure Nintendo doesn't either.

I'm actually hoping for a new Metroid Prime being developed by Valve. Think about it, their three big ones takes a certain element from the Metroid Prime games and runs with it. Metroid Prime has great gameplay. So does Half-Life. Metroid Prime has puzzles. Portal is the KING of puzzles. Metroid Prime 2 had a good (albeit local-only) multiplayer mode. Team Fortress 2 is possibly the most popular game on Steam.

The way I see this being done is have the Half-Life team work on the gameplay, while having the Portal team implement the puzzles. They could even have the guys behind TF2 add an online mode! Granted, I've heard rumors about Valve thinking of going first-party which could kill this idea right now, but I'm hoping that's not the case.
