Blinky/Shadow/Pursuer - Blinky is the first to come out of the maze and the most to be worried about since he's a the fastest of all the ghosts ad hardest to shake off your trail. Also, after you eat a certain number of pellets (which decreases as you progress in the game) he'll go into Cruise Elroy mode, a state where Blinky becomes faster and faster, which will make it easier for him  to kill you. He operates the upper right side of the screen in scatter mode. 

Pinky/Speedy/Ambusher- Pinky's nickname might be a bit misleading as stated above Blinky is actually the fastest Ghost Monster,  though Pinky isn't rally that far behind as she gets out second. Though if one were to give it more thought she might have gotten the nickname because of her ability to get around the maze well. Her other nickname Ambusher is more truthful as she mostly tries to get in front of the player to trap them in while the player is getting chased by another Ghost Monster (usually Blinky). She operates the upper left corner in scatter mode. 

Inky/Bashful/Fickle - Inky is the third to get out of the box and isn't actually that fast. As stated by his name Bashful is shy and wouldn't usually get in the player's way and if the Player did get too close Inky will take chase for awhile. However, Inky is is still dangerous where as he moves at a random pattern, he might  decide to chase you like Blinky, or ambush like Pinky, or just be in the way like Clyde. This all depends on the position of Blinky and the Player. He operates the bottom right corner of the maze.

Clyde/Pokey/Crybaby - Clyde is the slowest of the Ghost Monster and the last to get out of box. At that time the Player will presumbly have eaten most of the Pellets. Clyde himself is not much to worry as he isn't that fast and is easy to outrun as long as the other Ghost Monster aren't nearby. Clyde moves is random as he usually goes off on his own and would never give chase unless Blinky  was nearby. He is still (though minor) a threat as his random movement could be fatal as his "poking around" might be in the way of your escape route to get away from another Ghost Monster.
