i found out the problem was that i opened it to a 7-zip file i need to open it to a rar. file besides winrar does anyone know a rar install i can use to open it

i downloaded all 12 FFVII files to the bios folder in PSXeven (i noticed when i opened them there was nothing in them) then i extracted them and they all went to one place then i then cicked were it said "open iso" or something "ISO" and then it said the bios bin was empty because none of them were BIN. i know there soposed to be i than i made it all files i clicked the merged file and when i tryed it all i got was a blank screen can someone please help me
