I'm a guy 6' 2" and I was 220 pounds. I stopped drinking soda started exercising and went on a very low calorie diet of 1500 calories a day. After a couple of months I am now 158 pounds and still losing weight. I found out the best way to lose weight is to set a goal you can meet on a weekly basis. Don't say I'm going to lose 50 pounds instead say this week I'm going to lose 1 to 2 pounds. If you meet that little goal you will feel that you can achieve success. It is all about sticking to your goal. Meeting little goals along the way will keep you happy and help you continue losing weight until you reach your desired weight. Stick to your plans and don't give up I wish everyone looking to shed a few pounds success

I think that men treat women like s*** because they know that they can. So many men treat women like s*** in different ways. Some men cheat because they know that there will be someone else down the road if their girl finds out. Guys like to change things up and explore different options. It is in men's DNA to act like animals when they are young and try to get with as many girls as they can. When the guy matures a bit and finds someone he likes he will settle down for a relationship no matter how short or long it may turn out to be. Other men abuse their women because many of them grew up seeing their fathers do it. Other men are just plain garbage and it is up to women to find someone better and not settle for a piece of crap. I myself have never hit a woman and I never plan to. I think it is awful and it makes you seem like  a total b****. If you need to take aggression out go join a boxing gym or something along those lines.

I purchased my PS3 over 2 years ago it was the original slim model with the 120gb hard drive. The system still works the same as the day I bought it. I even left the system on by accident for a week when I was on vacation and when I came back it was still running cool. The system always works and I never have had an issue. The system itself is great Blu-Ray, free online, great games, and excellent controls for games. It is never going to let you down.
