Hey there, just wanted to say, I'm having the exact same issue. I will try to fix it and report back here, but I really have no clue what could be causing this. If anyone has had this issue in the past, please explain what happened/ how to fix it.

EDIT: I disabled my anti virus (AVG) and it works fine after that. So anti virus seems to be the issue here. Thanks ^^
