Hi, this problem has been posted before, but the solution posted did -not- work for me, and I was hoping someone would have another idea for it.

When attempting to install the RGR, I come across the message "There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program required for this install could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor." after completing the instillation, which then promptly closes.. After I watch the "download status %" go from 100%, to 0%. Which is depressing.

However, hoping that it was just bad luck, I attempted to install it about 7 times total. All with the same error message. And then I came to the help boards, and saw a posted solution to the same problem, which was claimed to work...

I tried un installing all instances of it, which should have helped, and then re-installing- which was what the posted solution called... but apparently that was a no-go, as I simply got the same bug. There are NO instances left of the vizzed RGR program on my computer in any way shape or form.... But I'm still getting the packet error nonsense.

Save me?

Thanks for any reply!

-Side note: I do have the C++ thing installed, and verified that it is working properly, so that should not be an issue. I am using Firefox (fully updated) as my browser. And I am running windows 7.
