I would have to say I really enjoy most of Tim Burton's films. He seems to have the ability to take the viewer out of reality and into the edgy world that he usually creates. For comedies, the Grumpy old men series as well as the original Bad News Bears (Walter Matheau).

I would have to agree with Urisofo. Video games are constantly used as a platform to continue a franchise that has either ran its course or simply lacks any new material to develop from. If the developers can't make adjustments and improve the quality of the game then they shouldn't be pumping out certain titles that make money simply because of a brand name like Wolverine or Batman.

I certainly agree that music as a whole would have not progressed or had the guts to take certain chances had the Beatles not come around. I seem to enjoy most of their sing-along, poppish hits. I even enjoy a lot of their rougher stuff, which normally turns a lot of people off.

The Only Pc games that I play would have to be the Age of Empires series. I began playing on Age of Empires 2 came out and was instantly hooked into the old stories and the huge battles that ensued. With the evolution of technology and the improvements in overall gameplay it was no surprise that the series began to evolve into a serious gaming expereince. I have been pleased with the minor adjustments and updates that have continued throughout the series, with each new title offering continually developed obstacles as well as a few nicer visuals. I would have to say that the Age of Mythology game caught me a little by surprise, but after awhile I was throughly enjoying having mythological creatures trying to destroy each others civilizations.

Well you can either hope to find a solid used version of one of the newer Wii titles or you can save your money and eventually pick up Zelda: Twilight Princess. Twilight Princess will certanily test your will and since you mentioned enjoying RPG's, this game would be perfect. Only problem is the price has not dropped that far. At least with this title your will have days if not months of fun trying to save Hyrule as well as discovering the many secrets that the game has to offer. By the time you finished playing this game it's possible that you would have saved up enough money to purchase another title because beleive me if you try to beat this game without a strategy guide it will take awhile.

I would have to say that my favorite RPG of all time would be Zelda: Ocarina of Time for the Nintendo 64. This game broke the mold for me. I remember playing the orignal zelda and Mario games and thinking that this truly was cutting edge, but with the development of technology it was only a matter of time before all the right components were put together to form a game that could define a genre. The size, depth, and interactiveness of all the levels in the N64 Zelda simply was something I had never played or experienced before. The levels were huge and the story allowed for the player to spend countless hours on the story line while still enjoying some of the other tasks and adventures that game had to offer such as catching a fish or simply taking a swim in Lake Hylia. Although, after defeating the water temple a person might need time away from that area after the struggle that is the water temple. Furhermore, I like how certain decisions that you could make during the game would really effect your optionns for progressing the game. I think that the Wii's Zelda title really drives this point home.

I was impressed with the film. Until I first began seeing the previews I had completely forgotten about the Story of Watchmen. The film maker did an excellent job portraying the correct story, while still allowing some of the newer viewers to understand whats going on. I agree that this movie was not the typical comic book movie, but it at least tried to tell a lot of the backstories of the characters to let the newer viewers develop there own ideas abou the characters. Overall, good film and the director's cut should be even better.

After reading a lot of the entries, I was glad to see that there was a variety of opinions on cartoons. Myself, I have always been a fan of the original cartoons like the Flinstones and Scooby Doo, but as time wore on I also found myself enjoying the development of Disney and Nick. Disney had interesting shows like Darkwing Duck and Fraggle Rock, but Nick also have a few gems like the Angry Beavers, Rocko's Modern life, and of course Ren and Stimpy. I do like how a lot of the newer cartoons have remained true to the scenario of each episode having an obstacle for the main characters to overcome with minor bumps and bruises along the way. Of course you can't foret great shows like Ghostbusters, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and Transformers, but its also nice to see that every now and again a new batch of quality cartoons will come out. I only wonder what cartoons will be remembered years from now and which ones will simply have fallen through the cracks of time.

I would have to agree with DNG that Office Space is much more than a simple movie based on the everyday, job related, struggles that Men go through. Deep under the comededy of this film lies the everlasting struggle that man has with maintaining a work schedule and finding a way to motivate himself to take pride in their work. Not to mention, thanks to this movie we now have a firm, undeniable definition of the struggles that men face on Monday's the dreaded " case of the Monday's. And yes, I do believe you can get your ass kicked for saying that.

Heroes is a quality show, but there have been certain factors that have hindered the development of the show. First, the writer strike really broke the momentum this show was having heading into its spring season. Sorry, I don't specifically know which season was disrupted by the strike. The core characters are pretty solid, but the show struggles to continually establish a true villain. Sylar, is the best nominee, but he is constantly going back and forth and now we just have to wait until he overcomes his little bout of amnesia that he will begin the upcoming season with. I really don't like the idea of Sylar portraying Nathan because once the rest of the good guys figure out what happened it will draw a line in the sand between all of them. Which in my opinion will lead to a few of the bigger characters getting killed off, to make way for the development of new characters. I simply have a hard time buying the idea that this show will last for than a few more seasons because the style of writing kind of signals that there needs to be a level of finality in the show. Since the goevernment is already involved either they will have to create another top end villain or simply let the show run its course.

For a video game to jump to the big screen is always a tricky situation, but I offer one suggestion that might just break the mold. Perhaps the God of War series would make for a nice set of films. The main character is easy enough to cast and hopegfully the directors and his crew could create a world somewhere between 300 and Troy. The movie could obviously follow the struggles of Cretos, while still creating a visually stunning movie

First and foremost with the continual upgrading to gaming systems and the demand for each new game to top the last, I would have to say that Madden is a hit or miss each year. I have been playing the Madden series since it was on Super Nintendo and while it was in its humble beginnings it is obvious that the game has come along way. I agree that Madden 09 had quite a few odd glitches, but from what I have read, the developer for Madden has really taken our (the fans) suggestions about improvements for the game, so hopefully Madden 10 will be great. With that being said, the older Madden games seemed to be easier for just the average gamer to come in and challenge a veteran. The newer games require practice and the knowing of certain teams playbooks to fully grasp a teams abilities. Also, there can be no dispute that the graphics and gameplay have increased by leaps and bounds, which in my opinion puts the new generation Maddens ahead of the originals. Although, going back and playing some of the old Maddens is always an interesting event
