This depends mostly on where you are.  Here in the US it is illegal to own or use Marijuana in most states, so it would be.  As for places where it is legal, I guess that it really is your decision to make on it.  I don't, but I won't judge others as horrible sinners just for using it.
and unknown0s, this may belong in a different thread, but the only thing related to alcohol use in the bible I remember as a sin is excessive drinking or alcoholism. It does mess up the body, but as far as I can tell, it isn't a sin to drink in and of itself, it depends on how you do it.
