Has anyone else had issues with getting Eevee to evolve into Umbreon? He evolved for me at like 11:00 at night and still turned into an Espeon. I also tried seeing if a moon stone would work but nothing happened. Please let me know if you figure out whats going on.

so when i woke snorlax up, i KOed him with a critical hit before i could catch him and i didnt wanna reset my save cuz i hadnt saved in a few hours. so is there any way to get snorlax now that he 'wandered back to the mountains'?
