I think Zelda is one of my favorite games. I don't think that I have beat a single one but I have gotten close to the end on a few, but when I get stuck I get discouraged. They are still fun to play. Can't wait for Spirit Tracks because I really want to know what the heck a train is doing in The Legend of Zelda.

I prefer online play because offline doesn't last forever in say Halo 3 for example. You would then have to get more money to buy a new game.

However, offline doesn't have the hassle of setting up network connections, and being at the mercy of the lag from other people.

I still say online.

I think that my favorite game would be Pokemon Yellow. However, I also like the original Super Mario Brothers.

Seriously though, once you get used to the website, you'll find that there is a ton of games to choose from as well as homebrew/hacked ones which account for an even larger library.

I think that pokemon wins with no hesitation. I could never get into digimon except for the rumple arena for ps1 and ps2. Also I think that pokemon is much more diverse and is more complex.

I would hands down go with the dsi because first off, I'm more of a Nintendo fan than a Sony fan. Also, the dsi has a virtual store like the wii so you could download games from that plus the wide range of ds selections.
