Honestly? Being a loving Nintendo fan, and an ENORMOUS Zelda fan, I'm in favor of the price drop. Mostly it will convince my parents to buy one for me, but if they don't, hey, I can always earn one easier. Besides, I want to get mine before February 20th, because that's when the Four Swords thing leaves the Shop.

You walk up to old men on the street and wait for them to say "It's dangerous to go alone- take this" before handing you their pocket knife.

You make a papercraft of Navi and throw it in the fire. (I have done this- it is so fun.)

You rate tests in school using a dungeon model. Example: "Okay, Algebra test, that's a real Water Temple, a vocab test, easy as Dodongo's Cavern, history test, didn't study darn it, might as well be Ganondorf's Tower..." etc.

When I first began playing Zelda (Link to the Past) I sincerely died at the first boss- the Armos Knights? The ones that clomped around in a circle? I ran out of arrows and eventually the red one at the end killed me. To the day I still think they're a lot harder than anyone says they are.
If you want to know which boss I think is most annoying, I'd have to say either Fraaz from Spirit Tracks or Blaze from Phantom Hourglass. They take forever to beat.

I agree with Sublinni when he says the TP version has visible pants. xD But I also like the OoT/MM versions, and the new cel-shaded version on games such as PH, ST, and WW. I'd have to say my favorite would be LttP Link, because it's the first Zelda game I grew up with. To the day when I think of Zelda,  I think of LttP.

I really want an ocarina, I found a good one (dark blue) on eBay for 15 bucks. It looks like the Ocarina of Time, and if you want the Triforce on it, you can always just paint it.
The alternative is to live in Australia and have pre-ordered the game- they get a super rare OoT replica.

But what do you think of the new version of the classic game? I think it's better, mostly because I don't have an N64 so I have to play OoT on this website, and the controls are awkward. But what do you think?

tRIUNE : That might work, except that the site is wicked slow in IE, I don't have Firefox on my computer, and the desktop resolution is at its highest setting, but the monitor is one of those old box-like ones. (My brother has a slimmer one that would at least make the game brighter, but he won't give it to me...)

UPDATE: I figured out how to set the resolution to the lowest setting, which makes the game full-screen. I now change it temporarily while playing. Thanks for all your help!

I actually found that when I logged out of Vizzed and logged back in, the SNES worked. (Or was it when I restarted the computer?) Try one of these methods, and you may succeed at playing an SNES game.
